At Garden Lodges, we design, build and manufacture bespoke garden buildings across the UK. Since 2003, we have used Structurally Insulated Panel technology (SIPS) to construct over 1000 garden buildings. We offer a complete turn-key solution to building the perfect Garden Room, which means we take care of all the pre-build requirements, such as the initial site survey and design, right through to the construction and decoration. Our mission is to build your dream Garden Room in just 3-4 weeks, whilst making the process as straight forward as possible - giving you a space you can enjoy quickly and efficiently. To book a no-obligation site survey or to discuss your project, call Design service Insulation & SIPs We use Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) to construct and insulate our Garden Rooms. We manufacture one of the thickest insulations around, measuring approx. 150mm - keeping you warm in the winter and cooler in the summer, so your Garden Room can be used all year round. Over 10 years experience Our experienced Garden Room Designers will produce a 3D drawing, along with a detailed floor plan and an itemised quotation. You can also make up to 3 sets of changes from receipt of your initial design and quotation, free of charge. Insurance-backed 10 year warranty We re a family business with over 10 years experience of designing and installing stunning Garden Rooms nationwide. We have several installation teams who have been with us for a number of years. All-inclusive prices All of Garden Rooms come with a 10 year structural warranty, guaranteeing you peace of mind and security. Your deposit and warranty is insured and protected by IWA as part of our service. The IWA is an FSA authorised insurer and we have been especially approved by them. We offer high specification garden rooms as standard, where our prices include everything from the foundations and installation, right through to the lighting, flooring and decoration. British manufactured & eco-friendly Want to add a toilet, sink or bathroom? That s no problem at all. We manufacture all the Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for our Garden Rooms in-house at our factory in Bedfordshire, where we always make sure to use timber from sustainable sources.

SIPs are formed using two sheets of Orientated Strand Board (OSB), sandwiching a rigid core of expanded polystyrene or injected polyurethane, which make them super-insulated. Windows & doors Lighting and integrated electrics. Decking & Steps For your peace of mind, we have a designated Project Manager who will be on hand to answer any of your questions or queries during the construction phase. Planning & building control All of our Garden Rooms meet the basic requirements for building control regulations. Whilst some buildings will be exempt, by virtue of size and location, others will not. We make sure that all necessary regulations are complied with and where necessary arrange for regular inspections throughout the build. A Surveyor will meet with you at the property where the proposed Garden Room will be built. This is so they can assess the access points to the garden, as well as taking those all-important measurements. Our Surveyor will then discuss the type of Garden Room you d like and what it ll be used for. The design aspect and any upgrades are also important, so the Surveyor will ask what designs you like, whilst showing you our portfolio of recently completed builds.
