EyeMD EMR New Release Future of FoxFire PM & FoxFire PM Version 4.1 Training Our Practice Management system is always improving and developing. We picked out some of our most beneficial features and will be highlighting these in this training. This includes creating and electronically signing documents, adding patient recalls and more! EyeMD EMR Imaging We had such a blast showing you some live images at last year s meeting that we did it again! Only this time, we brought in the big guns; the TopCon Maestro OCT. Measuring For Success In today s environment it is increasingly necessary to understand what types of information we need to understand in order to make better decisions grow our businesses. Our world continues to speed up and our ability to respond and fine tune our approach is critical to our survival. With all the influences we have from managed care, staff and associates how do we know what is or is not working This course has been designed to review many of these critical points of information and how to use them to support success. FoxFire Financials Part I: Ensuring You Will Be Paid Our goal during this meeting is to help you better manage your clinic s financial records. By breaking these sessions into three parts, we will comprehensively cover an array of areas. This session will focus on patient electronic eligibility. FoxFire EDI As we continue with the theme of keeping your practice financially healthy, we are going to give you the inside information in FoxFire EDI. This session will cover processing invalid and rejected claims, running statement cycles and managing outgoing statements, viewing and printing HCFA s and correcting claims right out of EDI! EyeMD EMR Contact Lenses One of the areas of the system that we can help you streamline is the process of adding contact lenses to your coding tab! In this session we will cover how to send your front desk contact lens orders, managing contact lens orders with use of Fast Plans and tying contact lens orders to visits.
