Shipment of your order will be made using the least expensive carrier for the shipping method you requested. All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the cost of your invoice, unless you have made special arrangements when placing your order. Claims We take great care in packing and shipping your order. On some rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. In the event you receive your package damaged, please report it immediately to the delivering carrier and preferably during delivery when possible. If damage is found after the driver has left, please contact the carrier to inform them. Zefon cannot proceed with filing a claim until you do this. Please leave the package untouched as the carrier may want to inspect it. Pictures are always helpful as well. Product should be in original carton with all original documentation and in like new condition. Mining dust cassettes, custom orders, partial boxes, opened boxes of air sampling filter cassettes, opened sterile products, special orders, NIST certificates and expired products may not be returned. All returned merchandise will be inspected before credit is issued. Items returned which are found to be missing components or are damaged will be returned to the customer or only partial credit issued. Customers will be contacted to determine the value and what option they choose. Limited Warranty All products are warranted by the manufacturer and Zefon International, Inc. does not imply any additional warranty on the products we sell. We will assist all of our customers with warranty service if required. In the rare instance you receive a defective product, repairs or replacement will be handled as follows: Products Manufactured by Zefon: If the product is manufactured by Zefon, we will arrange repair or replacement depending on the product and the warranty if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone. Products not manufactured by Zefon: If the product is not manufactured by Zefon and the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the following action will be taken: 1. Within 30 days of the invoice date Zefon will replace the defective product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability, issue credit or refund of the full value of the item as discussed in our satisfaction guarantee policy. 2. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty will take precedence. Please call Zefon to arrange a warranty repair or contact the manufacturer directly.
