7 MobiCall 3G Product Line MobiCall 3G Client: The 3G client is available for all common platforms such as ios (iphone, ipad), Android and BlackBerry. It features intuitive handling and clearly structured user interfaces with evident symbols. The clients support WiFi and 3G connections. The monitored connection to the 3G gateway ensures that alarms are also processed in offline mode (e.g. SMS, calls) MobiCall 3G Server: The reliable and professional alarm event management for convergent solutions in the area of security, telecommunications and IT. The intelligent alarm database analyses incoming alarms and information provided by third-party systems and initiates the required alarm measures. 11 Emergency Calls Mobicall will pick up the call immediately (e.g.999) and forward it to responsible persons. The first one answering the call will be joined with the caller. Recording is an option. Mobicall will never be busy and takes care of finding the right person to answer! 12 Emergency Conferencing The most effective way to discuss and arrange further approach in case of an emergency is to join the related persons together into a conference. 13 Skill Based Mobilisation Skill based search is the most effective way to mobilize personal resources in emergency cases. A group of persons gets called at the same time. Confirmation makes sure that the requested number of persons will come. Confirmation can also be used to communicate estimated arrival time. 14 Evacuation Solution It is vital to inform the evacuation helpers first. They need to be placed on strategic places to guide the evacuated guests safely to the meeting point and to avoid panic. To start this procedure an authentification of the security manager with ID and password is required. 23 Alarm Centre: User Interface In the Alarm Centre more than 9000 alarm scenarios can be stored. One alarm is always linked to a group of extensions getting notified on launching the alarm. Extensions can be phones, , loudspeakers, SMS, WiFi, Alarms can be launched via dial-in (from any phone), via the Alarm Centre, via web or automatically via time scheduler. Alarm texts or voice records can be stored with the alarm scenario or typed or recorded dynamically on launching the alarm.
