The visit assessed the organisation s ability to carry out the duties of a notified body under the terms of the above Regulations and has satisfied UKAS that it complies with the requirements of the relevant guidelines for appointment and has the organisation, skills and facilities to undertake the duties detailed in the regulations for the scope of work as detailed on the attached UKAS Schedule. Issue Number Issue May 2012 I attach the Assessment Report and confirm that no improvement actions were raised during the visit.
