1 MANNED GUARDING The Principal Service offered by Private-Eye is the provision of Security Personnel. The Company offers a comprehensive and superior service which is personally assessed and tailormade to suit each client s individual and specific requirements. The Security Officers provided follow a comprehensive set of assignment instructions which we draft and supply once they are approved by the client. Security Officers are required to make regular hourly check calls to our 24 hour Control Centre in order to confirm their safety and our client s premises. Awarded assignments are fitted with a Guard Patrol System at no extra cost to the clients which records the Security Officers movements throughout the assignment. All records of this system are downloaded to a computer and examined weekly. Private-Eye will complete a site survey & risk assessment prior to the start of each contract which will then produce to the client for examination. Throughout the day, night & weekend our Supervisors and Managers randomly visit each assignment in order to review the Security Officer s performance. Disciplinary actions and corrective measures would be implemented immediately if any officer is found to be failing in his or her duties. They can then negotiate a cost for the equipment and manage the design process. Schedule and manage the Stock Counts When the Stock Counts are in progress we will compile the results and send to you with a full report. Once the Stock Counts have been completed we will provide you with a full summary of the results. Loss & incident Investigations Our Loss Prevention Team will schedule the stock count dates into a time frame that suits your business. They will contact all of your locations and speak to your managers to schedule a convenient time & date. The schedule will then be passed back to your company for inspection. Our team will then estimate on the amount of people required to complete the stock take and contact the relevant locations to get a head count of available people. Our team will then provide the extra people required to complete the stock count. If you have areas of your business where you are having problems locating missing stock etc. our dedicated investigations team will do all of the running around and get the answers for you allowing you to take action. Our dedicated investigation team can also visit your business locations to investigate incidents or discrepancies on your behalf. They can also conduct interviews and then produce a full report for your perusal and actioning. Whilst ensuring the most economical effective way to build you a new team.

4 KEYHOLDING SERVICES In the event of alarm activation at your property our team of experienced personnel based at our control centre would receive the call direct from the alarm company, rather than you, or your friends, neighbors or work colleagues. Upon receipt of the call we would issue one of our response officers with the set of keys for your property, together with instructions previously written in conjunction with you during our initial survey of the property. The response officers would then be dispatched immediately to the property, upon arrival; the response officer would conduct an external patrol of the property. If the property exhibits signs of intrusion, police assistance would be sought and the property would only be entered accompanied by attending police officers. Assuming that there is nothing obviously wrong with the outside of your property, the response officer would enter the building following the written instructions. The response officer would then make his way to the alarm system and silence the alarm, identifying the activated areas displayed on the keypad. We would then examine the area of the activation, if possible the problem would be rectified and the alarm system reset and the property re-secured. If the alarm system cannot be reset, the alarm company would be contacted for an out of hours engineer to repair the fault; at no time would the property be left unattended. Once we have finished on site a full written report would be left for your attention detailing all key information you require; time of arrival, our findings, actions taken to resolve the problem, and time of departure from the site. Upon completion of final checks the response officer would then immediately return the keys and instructions for your property back to the secure environment of our control centre, where they would be signed back in and re-sealed. On the next working day, during normal business hours, a member of our operational management team would contact you to follow up on the report and ensure everything was done to your satisfaction.

On & off site management of timekeeping & sickness etc. Provide holiday & sickness cover (charged at competitive rates). If somebody decides to leave your company at no additional cost we will re-recruit & train another security officer ready to start on the leavers last day. You have nothing to pay upfront we will simply invoice you at the end of each month to be paid within 21 days. Cost Includes: Sick & Holiday cover at a low negotiated rate. Recruitment & Training.
