1 CITY OF PRINCE GEORGE BYLAW NO A to amend the City of Prince George Notice Enforcement No. 8813, WHEREAS Council enacted City of Prince George Notice Enforcement No. 8813, 2016 to establish a process for bylaw enforcement through the issuance of Notices; AND WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to amend the City of Prince George Notice Enforcement No. 8813, 2016, by inserting additional Contraventions and s to Schedule B Contraventions and s ; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Prince George, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That City of Prince George Notice Enforcement No. 8813, 2016, be amended as follows: a. that Contraventions and s for City of Prince George Zoning No. 7850, 2007, City of Prince George Business Regulation and Licensing No. 7851, 2007, City of Prince George Clean Air No. 8266, 2010, and Storm Sewer No. 2656, 1974 be added to Schedule B Contravention and s, as shown on Appendix A, attached to and forming part of this. 2. The Mayor and Corporate Officer are hereby empowered to do all things necessary to give effect to this bylaw. 3. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as City of Prince George Notice Enforcement No. 8813, 2016, Amendment No. 8914, This shall come into force and take effect on the 1 st day of January, 2018.
