4 GENERAL INFORMATION Product Description for Equipment under Test (EUT) The Smartisan Technology Co., Ltd. s product, model number: SM801 (FCC ID: 2AEUYSM801) (the "EUT") in this report was a TD-LTE Digital Mobile Phone, which was measured approximately: mm (L) x 70.84mm (W) x7.525mm (H), rated input voltage: DC3.8V rechargeable Li-ion battery or DC5V charging from adapter. Adapter information: Model: D601 Input: V~ 50/60Hz 0.3A Output: 5V, 1.5A All measurement and test data in this report was gathered from production sample serial number: (Assigned by BACL, Dongguan). 11 FCC , (a) & (c) & RF OUTPUT POWER Applicable Standard According to FCC and (a), the ERP of mobile transmitters and auxiliary test transmitters must not exceed 7 watts. According to FCC and (c), mobile and portable stations are limited to 2 watts EIRP and the equipment must employ a means for limiting power to the minimum necessary for successful communications. According to (d) Power measurements for transmissions by stations authorized under this section may be made either in accordance with a Commission-approved average power technique or in compliance with paragraph (e) of this section. In both instances, equipment employed must be authorized in accordance with the provisions of In measuring transmissions in this band using an average power technique, the peak-to-average ratio (PAR) of the transmission may not exceed 13 db.
