3 Description Description Delayed Alarm Reporting/Masking (DARM) will provide a mechanism similar to central station home burglar alarm processing, i.e., monitor points can be assigned a delay time during which the alarms can be masked or unmasked without generating an alarm report. This feature can also be used for SCIF alarm masking/unmasking where masking/unmasking operations must take place inside the SCIF (as opposed to an external key switch or reader/keypad outside the SCIF) or can be used with the keypad outside the secure area. DARM will support two modes, Host DARM (for direct connect ACUs and system wide mask operations) and Local DARM (for dial up ACUs and local mask operations independent of the host connection). DARM Masking/Unmasking Methods. There are five methods. The first four are available whether using Host DARM or Local DARM configurations. Individual Alarm Masking is only available using Local DARM. 1. DARM Keypad masking/unmasking without an entry reader This method allows the operator to use a key to gain entry to a secure area and then disable alarms from a reader/keypad. 2. DARM Keypad masking/unmasking with an entry reader This method allows the operator to use a reader to gain entry to a secure area and then disable alarms from a reader/keypad. 3. IKE Keypad masking/unmasking without an entry reader and with operator messages This method allows the operator to use a key to gain entry to a secure area and then disable alarms from a reader/keypad. This method uses an IKE keypad that uses the ON and OFF keys on the keypad instead of a PIN+ code. There are messages on the keypad that prompt the operator during the masking operation. 4. Enhanced IKE and Keypad masking/unmasking with operator messages This method allows the operator to use an external reader/keypad to gain access to the area and disable alarms from a reader/keypad. This is similar to IKE Keypad Masking without an Entry Reader but allows for the use of PIN+ masking codes. This method can replace method three to standarized DAMR operation in situations where some areas use standard readers and others used readers with operator messages. 5. Local DARM Individual Alarm Masking/Unmasking This method allows the operator to mask or unmask zones assigned to the security area one at a time. The individual Alarm Masking feature allows the operator to mask a problem alarm from the keypad so that it is ignored when the area is secured. In this way, all the alarms in the Security Area will be armed except for the ones that are disabled. The disabled alarms can then be repaired at the earliest possible opportunity. This is a Local ACU function only. 3
4 DIAMOND II DARM Host DARM Theory of Operation Host DARM uses ACUs that are directly connected to the DIAMOND II server either by serial connection to a host port or on a LAN/WAN configuration. Masking/unmasking operations are controlled by the Server and alarm points and readers can be located on various ACUs. This method will not work if communication with the host computer fails. Local DARM Theory of Operation Local DARM provides masking/unmasking operations controlled by the ACU independent of DIAMOND II. For this to work, all the readers and alarm points must be connected to a single ACU field panel. Local DARM can be used on a Dial-Up field panel which only communicates with DIAMOND II host on occasions providing greater flexibility. It also will continue to be in alarm state even if communication with the host server should fail thus providing greater security. 4 Revision - A.1
5 DARM keypad masking without entry reader. DARM keypad masking without entry reader. This mode of operation is similar to a conventional home alarm system. The area is accessed by a opening a locked door and the alarms are masked from a keypad inside the security area. 1. The operator uses a key to unlock a door and enter an area. 2. When the door is opened the keypad(s) assigned to the security area begin to beep. NOTE: If this is a Host DARM configuration and the timers on the alarm points expire before masking occurs, the alarms will be reported directly to the host. If this is a Local DARM configuration and the timers on the alarm points expire before masking occurs, the field panel will initiate a connection to the DIAMOND II server to report the alarms. 3. The operator then masks the alarms at the keypad. Keypad masking is also known as PIN plus. In the case of masking an area, the operator enters the card number then the PIN plus 20. For example: if the PIN number is 1234, the operator will enter The system will interpret this PIN as a request to mask the alarms. If the cardholder has permission to enter the area and has the authorization to mask the area, the system will mask the alarms. 4. Once the alarms are masked, the beeping at the keypad stops. For information on how to configure an area using HOST DARM Keypad Masking without an entry reader see page 13. For information on how to configure the area using Local DARM see page 25. DARM keypad unmasking without entry reader. This is the reverse of the above procedure. Keypad Unmasking will not work if any alarm is in an alarm state. If the area uses a number of motion detectors, an IKE keypad that displays any alarms that are in an alarm state should be used. 1. Before beginning the unmasking procedure, the operator inspects the IKE keypad display to make certain that there are no motion detectors in an alarm state. If they are, the operator waits for them to secure before starting the unmasking process. 2. Once all alarms in the area are secure, the operator performs a keypad unmasking request at the keypad. This can be either a PIN+ code or a keyswitch unmasking request. In the case of masking an area, the operator enters the card number then the PIN plus 10. For example: if the PIN number is 1234, the operator will enter The system will interpret this PIN as a request to unmask the alarms. If the cardholder has the authorization to unmask the area, the system will begin the security area delay timer and the readers in the security area will start to beep. 3. The operator will then leave the area. When the operator exits the area and the door is closed, the alarms will be unmasked and the readers will stop beeping. NOTE: If this is a Host DARM configuration and the delay timer expires before the operator exits, DIAMOND II will unmask alarms and any alarms in the area that are activated will report to the host. If this is a Local DARM configuration and the delay timer expires before the operator exits and any alarms are activated, the field panel will initiate a connection to the DIAMOND II server to report the alarms. For information on how to configure an area using HOST DARM Keypad Masking without an entry reader see page 13. For information on how to configure the area using Local DARM see page 25. 5

With this mode of operation the operator uses a reader to gain access to a secure area then uses keypad inside the security area to mask the alarms. 1. The operator will enter his card number (or swipe his badge) and then enter his PIN plus 20 into the exterior reader. If the cardholder is authorized for access to the area the door will unlock and the delay timer will begin but the alarms will NOT unmask. 2. When the door is opened and the cardholder enters, a motion detector alarm is triggered and the readers assigned to the security area will begin to beep. The operator then masks the alarms at the interior keypad. NOTE: Even though the cardholder used keypad masking to enter the area, keypad masking must also be used at the interior keypad or the alarms will not be masked. 3. Once the alarms are masked, the beeping at the readers stops and the alarms are masked. NOTE: If this is a Host DARM configuration and the timers on the alarm points expire before masking occurs, the alarms will be reported to the host. If this is a Local DARM configuration and the timers on the Alarm Points expire before masking occurs, the field panel will initiate a connection with the DIAMOND II server to report the alarms. For information on how to configure an area using HOST DARM Keypad Masking with an entry reader see page 18. For information on how to configure the area using Local DARM see page 28. DARM keypad unmasking with entry reader. This is the reverse of the above procedure. Keypad Unmasking will not work if any alarm is in an alarm state. If the area uses motion detectors, an IKE keypad that displays any alarms that are in an alarm state should be used. 1. NOTE: If this is a Host DARM configuration and the alarm delay timer in expires before the operator exits, DIAMOND II will unmask alarms and any alarms in the area that are activated will report to the host. If this is a Local DARM configuration and the alarm delay timer in expires before the operator exits and any alarms are activated, the field panel will initiate a connection to the DIAMOND II server to report the alarms. 7 IKE keypad masking without an entry reader using messages IKE keypad masking without an entry reader using messages This method uses an interior IKE display keypad that provides messages that prompt the operator for specific information. 1. The operator uses a key to unlock a door and enter an area. When the door opens, an alarm is sent to the DIAMOND II Server and the readers assigned to the security area begin to beep. The interior IKE keypad will display *ARMED* 2. The operator proceeds to the interior IKE keypad and enters their card number using the keypad. The IKE keypad now displays: PRESS OFF 3. The operator presses the OFF key on the right side of the keypad. The IKE keypad first displays AREA UNSECURED or ALARM OFF with firmware version 6.12 or later and then displays: READY Masking When There Is An Active Alarm When there is an active alarm in the area, the operator will be able to enter, but the message window will indicate which alarm is in an alarm state. 1. The operator uses a key to unlock a door and enter an area. When the door opens, an alarm is sent to the DIAMOND II Server and the readers assigned to the security area begin to beep. The interior IKE keypad will display *ARMED* ENTER PIN CODE 2. The operator proceeds to the interior IKE keypad and enters their card number using the keypad. The IKE keypad now displays: PRESS OFF 3. The operator presses the OFF key on the right side of the keypad. The message window first displays AREA UNSECURED or ALARM OFF with firmware version 6.12 or later and then displays: NOT READY [ACTIVE ALARM] The Alarm listed under the NOT READY message is the active alarm. 7
8 DIAMOND II DARM IKE Keypad Unmasking Without Entry Reader With Messages An area cannot be armed until all of the alarm points in the area are secure. (See Individual Alarm Point Masking for an exception to this rule) 1. When the operator is ready to unmask the alarms, the IKE keypad will display: READY 2. The operator enters the card number using the keypad. The IKE keypad will display: PRESS ON 3. The operator presses the ON key on the right side of the keypad. The IKE keypad first displays AREA SECURING or ALARM ON with firmware version 6.12 or later. The operator leaves the area. Then the IKE displays: *ARMED* 4. The area is now secured. NOTE: When the area is ARMED, if the operator is still in the room, alarms that are activated will be sent to the control station. Unmasking When There Is An Active Alarm When there is an active alarm in the area, the operator will NOT be able to exit. The message window will indicate which alarm is in an alarm state. The operator will have to clear the alarm or he cannot exit. 1. When the operator ready to unmask the alarms, the IKE keypad will display NOT READY [ACTIVE ALARM] 2. If the operator enters their pin, the IKE keypad will display: PRESS ON 3. The operator presses the ON key. The IKE keypad will first display the name of the active alarm and then displays: DENIED, TRY AGAIN The alarm listed must be resolved before the alarms can be unmasked. NOTE: See the section on Local DARM Individual Alarm Masking, page 11, for information on how to mask a problem alarm so that the other alarms in the area can be unmasked. 8 Revision - A.1
9 Enhanced IKE Masking Without An Entry Reader Using Messages Enhanced IKE Masking Without An Entry Reader Using Messages This method uses an interior IKE keypad that provides messages that prompt the operator for specific information. 1. The operator uses a key to unlock a door and enter an area. When the door opens, an alarm is sent to the DIAMOND II Server and the readers assigned to the security area begin to beep. ENTER BADGE 2. The operator proceeds to the interior IKE keypad and presses the * key. The IKE keypad now displays: AREA SECURE PRESS OFF 3. If using an IKE keypad, press the OFF key on the right side of the keypad. The IKE keypad now displays: ACCESSING AREA ENTER BADGE 4. The operator will then swipe his card or enter the card number using the keypad. As each digit is entered, an * will appear. The keypad card digit count will determine the number of digits required. When the last digit is entered, the ACU will verify if a PIN is required. If a PIN is required, the IKE keypad will display: ACCESSING AREA ENTER PIN 5. The operator will then enter a PIN. The system PIN digit count will determine the number of digits required or pressing the # key can terminate an entry. 6. The ACU will generate a keypad masking request and send the request to DIAMOND II. If the request is denied, the IKE keypad will display: DENIED, TRY AGAIN If the request is granted, the IKE keypad will display: AREA UNSECURED 7. The beeping and flashing will stop once all alarms are masked. 9
10 DIAMOND II DARM Enhanced IKE Unmasking Without Entry Reader With Messages An area cannot be armed until all of the alarm points in the area are secure. (See Individual Alarm Point Masking for an exception to this rule) 1. When the operator is ready to unmask the alarms, he pushes the * key. If any alarm point is in an alarm state, the IKE keypad will display: NOT READY [ACTIVE ALARM] The name of the alarm(s) in an alarm state will be listed under the NOT READY message. If more than one alarm is in an alarm state, the operator can use the UP and DOWN arrows on the keypad (if available) to see the other alarms in an alarm state. If the alarms in an alarm state are motion detector alarms, the operator can simply stop moving and the alarms will secure. Other alarms should be investigated. 2. The operator will ensure all zones are secure and that the IKE keypad displays READY before attempting to unmask alarms. Once all the of alarms are secure (or there were no alarms in an alarm state when the * key was pressed), the IKE keypad will display: AREA ACCESSED PRESS ON 3. The operator will press the ON key. The IKE keypad will now display: UNMASKING ALARMS ENTER BADGE 4. The operator will swipe his badge or enter the badge number on the keypad. The ACU will verify if a PIN is required. NOTE: If using an IKE keypad and a PIN number is not required, continue with Step If a PIN is required, the IKE keypad will display: UNMASKING ALARMS ENTER PIN 6. The operator will then enter a PIN. 7. The ACU will generate a keypad-unmasking request and send the request to DIAMOND II. If the request is denied, the IKE keypad will display: DENIED, TRY AGAIN If the request is granted, the IKE keypad will display: ALARMS UNMASKING DIAMOND II will start the security area delay timer. The readers will begin to beep and the Green LED will flash. The operator will have a specified amount of time to exit the area. When the operator exits the area and the door is closed, the alarms will be unmasked, the readers will stop beeping and the LEDs will stop flashing. 10 Revision - A.1
11 Local DARM Individual Alarm Masking (Not Enhanced IKE) Local DARM Individual Alarm Masking (Not Enhanced IKE) NOTE: Feature only available in Diamond II version c or later and with ACUX firmware version 6.12 or later This is a new feature that is available on PROM 6.12 or later. Individual Alarm Masking allows the operator to mask or unmask zones assigned to the security area one zone at a time. For example, the area is being unmasked and the operator discovers that an alarm point is showing an alarm state in spite of the fact that the area is secure. This situation would normally prevent the area from being unmasked until the situation could be resolved. The area could be left unsecure since it is not always practical to resolve a problem alarm immediately. This of course is not recommended. The individual Alarm Masking feature allows the operator to mask the problem alarm from the IKE keypad so that it is ignored when the area is secured. In this way, all the alarms in the Security Area will be armed except for the one that was disabled. The alarm situation can then be resolved at the earliest possible opportunity. Individual Alarm Masking will only function on Local DARM configurations and only when using an IKE keypad. Local DARM Keypad Unmasking with Individual Alarm Masking Option 1. When the operator is ready to unmask the alarms, if any alarm point is in an alarm state, the IKE keypad will display: NOT READY [ACTIVE ALARM] The name of the alarm(s) in alarm state will be listed under the NOT READY message. If more than one alarm is in an alarm state, the operator can use the UP and DOWN arrows on the IKE keypad to see the other alarms that are in an alarm state. 2. The operator will press the * key and the IKE keypad will display: ZONE MASKING ENTER BADGE 3. The operator will enter their card number and the IKE keypad will display all of the alarm points in the security area one at a time. Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to scroll through the alarms. If the alarm names are greater than 16 characters in length, the first 32 characters of the alarm name will display in two rows of 16 characters each for one second. Then the IKE keypad will display the message LEAVE OFF OR ON. If the alarm names are 16 characters or less, IKE keypad display will look like this: LEAVE OFF OR ON [ALARM NAME] 4. The current state of the alarm will be listed first. For example, if the Alarm is masked, the message will be LEAVE OFF OR ON. If the alarm is unmasked the message will be LEAVE ON OR OFF. The operator will browse through the alarms using the UP and DOWN arrows until the problem alarm is displayed. Then Click OFF and the IKE keypad will display: ZONE MASKED 11

When the IKE keypad again displays the NOT READY [ACTIVE ALARM] message, the operator will enter their card number using the keypad and the IKE keypad will display: LEAVE OFF OR ON [MASKED ALARM] 6. Press the OFF button to confirm that this Alarm should remain masked and the IKE keypad will display AREA SECURING or ALARM ON with firmware version 6.12 or later and then: *ARMED* ENTER PIN CODE When the area is again masked, the IKE keypad will display the NOT READY message until the alarm problem has been repaired or replaced. NOTE: An alarm that has been masked using the Individual Alarm Masking feature will stay masked until the operator presses ON in answer to Step Revision - A.1
13 Configuring Host DARM in DIAMOND II Setting up a Host DARM configuration in DIAMOND II requires configuring a Field Panel, a Security Area, Readers and the various Alarm Points that monitor the area. This document will only discuss the specific settings that are required to set up DARM configuration. Other aspects of configuring the various elements are discussed in the DIAMOND II Software Users Guide Host DARM keypad masking without entry reader configuration This is the simplest type of DARM configuration. It has only one keypad which is located inside the protected area. 1. Open the field panel setup page by clicking the Hardware button and then the Field Panel button in the arch of buttons. Add or modify the field panel making sure that Host Masking is selected in the Masking Type field as shown below. Figure 1: Select Host Masking in the Masking Type field. 13
14 DIAMOND II DARM 2. Open the Security Area Setup page by clicking the Setup button and then the Security Area button. Add or modify the security area making sure to check the Keypad Masking/Unmasking Allowed checkbox. Also set the Unmasking Delay Timer. It is recommended that this be initially set for 30 seconds (the default). Then when testing shows the system is working it can be adjusted for better performance. When an alarm is received, whether a Forced Open from the door being opened or a Motion Detector, setting the delay timer causes the keypads in the area to beep Figure 2: Check Kaypad Mask/Unmask Allowed field and set the delay timer NOTE: If the delay timer is disabled (set to zero) the readers will not beep. 14 Revision - A.1
15 Host DARM keypad masking without entry reader configuration 3. Open the Alarm Points Setup page by clicking the Hardware Button then clicking the Alarm Point button in the arch of buttons. Add or modify all the alarm points that are located in the security area making sure that the Delay Time in Seconds field is set. It is recommended that this be set at 30 seconds. Then once testing has shown the system is working, it can be adjusted for better performance. The delay time set on the alarm point delays the alarm from reporting to the host when the security area is entered. The delay timer in the Security Area Setup sets the amount of time allowed before securing the area when leaving. Figure 3: Set the Alarm Point delay time 15
16 DIAMOND II DARM 4. Configure the reader as instructed in the DIAMOND II Software User Guide. Unmasking will occur when the delay timer expires. Select the same area for the Entering Area and Exiting Area fields. There are no other special items that must be set on the Reader pages for DARM to function. NOTE: If the cardholder will be allowed to enter the card number on the keypad rather than present a badge, select the number of digits of the card number that will be required as shown below. When setting up the cardholders who will be authorized to mask the areas, make certain that they have authorized access to the Security Area by moving it to the Authorized Security Areas window on the Access Privileges tab as shown below. This step applies to All forms of keypad masking. Figure 5: Select the Authorized Security Areas 6. Also make certain that the cardholder is authorized to mask the security area by moving the area to the Authorized Security Areas window on the Alarm Relay/Control tab as shown below. Figure 6: Select the areas the employe can mask NOTE: If it is necessary to unmask the alarms as soon as the door closes behind the person, the keypad can be set up as a DARM Exit Reader. Open the Reader pages. Locate the reader that is to be used for masking the area. Click the Global Actions/Masking tab. Select Exit Reader from the Delayed Alarm Reporting/Masking list and click Save. When the person leaves and closes the door, the remaining delay time is reduced to zero and the alarms are unmasked. 17
18 DIAMOND II DARM Host DARM keypad masking with an entry reader configuration This is one of the most common DARM configurations. This setup has a reader that is used to grant access to the security area and then a second reader, inside the protected area, is used to mask the alarms. 1. Open the Field Panel Setup page by clicking the Hardware button and then the Field Panel button. Add or modify the field panel making sure that Host Masking is selected in the Masking Type field as shown below. Figure 7: Select Host Masking as the Masking Type 2. Open the Reader Setup page by clicking the Hardware button and then the Reader button. Complete the page for the reader that will be located outside the security area. Make sure if the cardholder will be allowed to enter their card on the keypad that the number of digits that will be required are selected as shown in the illustration following Step 4. on page Revision - A.1

Once this page is complete, click on the Global Actions/Masking tab and select Entry in the Delayed Alarm Reporting/Masking field as shown below. 4. 20 DIAMOND II DARM 5. Return to the Reader Setup page to configure the Interior Reader. Click the Setup tab at the top of the page. Complete the page for the second reader that will be located inside the security area. Make certain that the number of digits on the keypad match with the number of digits the cardholders will enter as shown below. Add or modify the security area making sure to check the Keypad Masking/Unmasking Allowed checkbox. Also set the Unmasking Delay Timer. It is recommended that this be initially set for 30 seconds. Add or modify all the alarm points that are located in the Security Area making sure that the Delay Time in Seconds field is set. It is recommended that this be set at 30 seconds. Then once testing has shown the system is working, it can be adjusted for better performance. The delay time set on the alarm point delays the alarm from reporting to the host when the security area is entered. The delay timer in the Security Area Setup sets the amount of time allowed before securing the area when leaving. Figure 11: Set the Alarm Point delay time 8. Configure the employees who will have masking privileges in the area as explained on page 17. NOTE: If it is necessary to unmask the alarms as soon as the door closes behind the person, the keypad can be set up as a DARM Exit Reader. Open the Reader pages. Locate the reader that is to be used for masking the area. Click the Global Actions/Masking tab. Select Exit Reader from the Delayed Alarm Reporting/Masking list and click Save. When the person leaves and closes the door, the remaining delay time is reduced to zero and the alarms are unmasked. 22 Revision - A.1
23 Configuring the Interior Reader for Enhanced IKE Operation Configuring the Interior Reader for Enhanced IKE Operation If the DARM configuration that will be used will have an interior reader that uses operator messages, the following should be used for setting up the reader. 1. Open the Reader Setup page by clicking the Hardware button then clicking the Reader button. Configure the reader as explained in the DIAMOND II User Guide. Make certain to check the PIN Required checkbox as shown below. Figure 12: Check the PIN Required field 23
24 DIAMOND II DARM 2. Click on the Global Actions/Masking tab. Place a check mark in the Enable IKE Reader Messages checkbox. If you are using a standard IKE reader, the setup is complete. Click Add to add the record to the database. If you are using the enhanced IKE feature, place a check mark in the Enhanced IKE Reader Operation checkbox as shown below. 25 Configuring Local DARM keypad masking without entry reader Configuring Local DARM keypad masking without entry reader This is the simplest type of DARM configuration. It has only one reader which is located inside the protected area. For Local DARM to work, all readers and alarm points must be wired to the same ACU/ Field Panel. This allows DARM to be enabled even on a remote location that uses a Dial-Up connection to the DIAMOND II Server. 1. Open the Field Panel Setup page by clicking the Hardware button and then the Field Panel button in the arch of buttons. Add or modify the field panel making sure that Local Masking is selected in the Masking Type field as shown below. Figure 14: Select Local Masking for the Masking Type 25
26 DIAMOND II DARM 2. Open the Security Area Setup page by clicking the Setup button and then the Security Area button. Add or modify the security area making sure that there is a checkmark in the Keypad Masking/Unmasking Allowed checkbox. Also set the Unmasking Delay Timer. It is recommended that this be initially set for 30 seconds. Then when testing shows the system is working it can be adjusted for better performance. 27 Configuring Local DARM keypad masking without entry reader 3. Open the Alarm Points Setup page by clicking the Hardware Button then clicking the Alarm Point button in the arch of buttons. Add or modify the alarm points that are located in the security area making sure that the Delay Time in Seconds is set. It is recommended that this be set at 30 seconds. Then once testing has shown the system is working, it can be adjusted for better performance. The delay time set on the alarm point delays the alarm from reporting to the host when the security area is entered. Configure the reader as instructed in the DIAMOND II Software User Guide. Unmasking will occur when the delay timer expires. Select the same area for the Entering Area and Exiting Area fields. There are no other special items that must be set for DARM to function. NOTE: If it is necessary to unmask the alarms as soon as the door closes behind the person, the keypad can be set up as a DARM Exit Reader. Open the Reader pages. Locate the reader that is to be used for masking the area. Click the Global Actions/Masking tab. Select Exit Reader from the Delayed Alarm Reporting/Masking list and click Save. When the person leaves and closes the door, the remaining delay time is reduced to zero and the alarms are unmasked. 27
28 DIAMOND II DARM Configuring Local DARM keypad masking with entry reader This is the most common type of DARM configuration. It has two readers, one grants access to the area, the second, which is located inside the protected area, masks the alarms. For Local DARM to work, all readers and alarm points must be wired to the same ACU/Field Panel. This allows DARM to be enabled even on a remote location that uses a Dial-Up connection to the DIAMOND II Server. 1. Open the Field Panel Setup page by clicking the Hardware button and then the Field Panel button in the arch of buttons. Add or modify the field panel making sure that Local Masking is selected in the Masking Type field as shown below Figure 17: Select Local Masking as the Masking Type 2. Open the Reader Setup page by clicking the Hardware button and then the Reader button. Complete the page for the reader that will be located outside the security area. 34 DIAMOND II DARM Configuring the Interior Reader for Operator Messages If the DARM configuration that will be used will have an interior reader that uses Operator Messages, the following should be used for setting up the reader. 1. Open the Reader Page by clicking the Hardware button then clicking the Reader button. Configure the reader as explained in the DIAMOND II User Guide. If you are using a standard IKE reader, be certain that the PIN Required field is NOT checked as shown below. If you are using the enhanced IKE feature, place a check mark in the PIN Required field. If you are using a standard IKE reader, the setup is complete. Click Add to add the record to the database.
