4 1.0 Introduction RPI Motion sensor from Danfoss is continuing to change the way people look at refrigerated. Store owners will notice improved value, increased safety and significant reductions in energy consumption and maintenance costs. Shoppers will benefit from improved product visibility, and quality product temperature, keeping focus on the product inside the case. RPI 01 is a versatile passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor used in the glass door merchandise. It is used to regulate the ECO mode and the Early Wake Up (EWU) mode. 5 2.0 Overview of the product A Passive Infrared (PIR) motion detector, located on the bottom front center of the refrigerator detects the presence of approaching individuals and trigger signals to the controller to control the illumination and temperature of the glass door merchandise. 6 3.0 Mounting! Safety Info: do not connect mains power until the controller is correctly mounted. 1. Insert the PIR Value into the cabinet frame 2. Place the M3.5 screw in the screw hole and fasten the screw using a Phillips head screwdriver 3.1 Unmounting! Safety Info: disconnect the power supply before unmounting 1.
