Our experience with switches and relays gave us the edge and confidence to approach interior lamp system, adding extra benefits to conventional lamp system. We brought color, lighting and other design ingredients together to add unique style and making it easier to control certain vehicle functions. For example, our touch lamp with capacitive film technology enhanced the aesthetic looks of the interior while making it easier for drivers to locate and operate controls and switches. Also, combining ultrasonic technology with our lamp system, we were able to use minimum space available to develop a lamp module with Anti Theft Alarm System. We worked closely with our OEM customers from the design stage to bring these elements together in harmony with their design theme. We are offering to our customers, a full array of design, process and manufacturing capabilities for domestic or overseas, along with proficiency in choosing the right materials, electronics, and lighting for the entire system. We used our knowledge and experience to optimize overhead console features, emotional quality and the operation of all moving parts, such as how smoothly storage area doors open and close. Our test center will verify and validate by performing structural, thermal, optical, emotional analysis and fulfill any other requirements from global customers for all the parts manufactured in house. Including functions of Over Head Console Lamp and roof side control. It has added mood(color, brightness) control & integrated rear lamp, and other convenient functions. As design space reduce in size, conventional bulbs are literally being squeezed out of their standard places. Increasingly powerful and flexible LEDs now allow excellent lighting properties in very tight spaces. this enhances the quality of interior lighting to levels hardly ever seen before. This opens up a whole range of decorative design possibilities for the automobile industry in addition to the functional lighting aspect. Daesung successfully applied different ideas such as using capacitive film technology to control lamp functions (Touch Film, FPCB, FR4 ) and LED, Fiber optic, lighting guide as the source of light for interior lamp applications. Anti Theft Alarm System Detachable ATAS (Anti Theft Alarm System) can be integrated with the roof light module. Using ultrasonic sensors, it can monitor up to 3rd row in a SUV or a Van for example. Light and compact, it can be manufactured as standard type (with battery backup siren) or low cost type (no additional battery) complex functionality in the tiniest of spaces is one of the core competencies showcased in Daesung s overhead console lamps. Lens Touch Lamp Using transparent capacitive film and sound feed back, technology, this overhead console lamp can be turn on/ off without switches. To turn on or turn off the lamp, simply touch the lens. Touch Mood Lamp We use the term ambient light to describe a low light level that helps us to perceive the surrounding space. It also serves a decorative function by using RGB LED. This Touch Mood Lamp will change colors depending on user settings. Mechanical switches are eliminated and sliding touch panels are introduced to control dimming effects and color changes more effectively. Fiber Optic Lamp Good ambient light design can highlight specific interior design features or accomplish surprising effects when these lights are used behind transparent material. Fiber Optic Lamp can produce uniform lighting around curved structures like no other source of lighting material. This Fiber Optic lamp does not require mechanical switches and sliding touch panels are introduced to control dimming effects and color changes more effectively.
