Competitive offers in following format are called from Cash Management/ Service Providers for hiring CASH VAN for cash management on contract basis for a period of three years from 01 st MAY 2016 on following terms and conditions: 1. Brand New Tempo Traveler/ TATA-407 is to be offered as Cash Van for hire. 2. Cash van is to be modified as per Bank s design & Specifications including arrangements for chaining the cash box to the body of the vehicle and arrangements for locking the door from inside. 3. Taxes, insurance, fuel, oil, driver s salary, repairs, maintenance and other expenses of the vehicle shall be borne by the contractor. 4. The contractor should provide mobile phone with cash van. The Instrument, activation charges & monthly expenditure on mobile phone are to be borne by the contractor. 5. GPRS facility is to be provided for each cash van. The recurring monthly expenditure on GPRS facility is to be borne by the contractor. 6. The contractor has to submit undertaking to replace the vehicle with a new cash van with similar modifications after it has run one lakh Kms or on completion of 03 years whichever is earlier. A fresh tender process may be undertaken after three years. 7. Properly secured First Aid Box is to be provided in cash van. 8. CCTV (optional if required by the Bank) with adequate cameras to be provided by the contractor. 9. The Kms run shall be counted from and to the Currency chest / branch from where it is attached. The contractor shall make his own arrangement for parking of the cash VAN. 10. In case of non availability of cash van for any reason, a sum of Rs. 5000/- per day shall be deducted as penalty, from the monthly charges payable. 11. No. of Cash Van required is 2 (two). These VANs may be deployed for Bank s operations for branches under our Agra Regional Office on regular basis and to any other centre on need basis. The Number of VANs mentioned here is tentative and may vary at the discretion of the Bank. 12. The cost of modification to the Van as required is to be borne by the contractor. 13. The contractor should obtain the registration of vehicle as cash van and also must have a valid Permit from appropriate authority. Contractor shall take adequate insurance cover for vehicle, driver and escorts.

No. and date) 17 Certificate of ESI corporation ref no. and date, if any 18 Certificate of EPF organization under EPF and misc. Provision act-1952 ref no. Date, if any 19 Registration with appropriate authority for service tax (mention no. and date) 20 Customer / client base. Successful bidder has to enter in to agreement with the Bank. Last date for receipt of offers in the above format at our office is on or before by 3 pm Certificate should be signed by the owner that he has read and understood terms and conditions and shall abide by it.

4 MODIFICATIONS, LAYOUT, DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CASH VAN: a. The body of the vehicle shall be made up of strong metal sheets. b. There shall be three separate compartments Drivers Compartment, Cash Compartment & Rear Compartment. Drivers Compartment:- a. The door windows in the driver compartment must have movable glass panes with welded mesh grills outside. The doors should have facility for locking & opening from inside. b. At least one roof light to be provided over the driver. c. The hinges of all the doors to be such that these are not visible externally. Cash Compartment:- a. The cash hold compartment should be sufficiently strengthened by providing additional 3.15 mm metal sheet on the floor and all the sides. b. It should be separated with Driver compartment with the body of the vehicle with thickness additional 3.15 mm metal sheet and separated with Rear Compartment with a partition of one inch steel bars with a maximum gap of three inches duly supported by horizontal metal strip & the lower half portion should be fully covered with 3.15mm metal sheet from inside. c. A collapsible gate be provided from inside in the cash hold area, with sufficient space for removing of cash boxes etc. Provision for locking from inside & outside to be made. d. The regular steel door of adequate size to be provided from outside of the collapsible gate with provision to lock from inside & outside. e. The hinges of all the doors to be such that these are not visible externally. f. Minimum four chains to be provided, one end of which should be welded with the body of the vehicle, for securing the cash boxes. g. The chains provided should be of adequate thickness, size & sufficient length. h. The cash hold opening door shall be provided at the centre side of the vehicle & provided with collapsible gate & iron door. i. At least two roof lights to be provided. j. No windows should be provided in Cash compartment except one which opens in the driver s compartment. Rear Compartment:- a. The rear door should have facility to lock from inside & outside. b. There should be two side windows & two door windows. All the windows should have welded mesh grills. The windows should have windowpanes, which may be sliding in nature as in normal vehicles. c. Sufficient number of fans, at least two, to be provided for the escort & remittance party. d. At least three water bottle brackets shall be provided. e. One first Aid Medical Box shall be provided. f. At least two roof lights shall be provided.

5 g. At least two water bottle bracket shall be provided. h. The tool box shall be kept in the rear compartment. GENERAL: Security alarm system (mandatory) a. An audible Security Alarm System automatically activated when tampered with should be provided in the cash van. The control panel of the Security alarm system should be fitted in the cash compartment with activation switches with the driver, remittance party, cash hold area & rear compartment. One siren hooter should be provided inside the bonnet (along with the vehicle horn) in addition to the in-built speaker with the control panel. b. The power supply for the alarm system shall be taken from the battery connection of the vehicle to ensure constant power supply. In addition, the alarm control panel should have a battery backup on its own so that in case of power failure from the vehicle battery, it will take over. The alarm system provided should be regularly serviced/maintained & its working condition to be ensured. Fire safety (mandatory) a. The cash van should be provided with two portable Fire Extinguishers (one 2 kg CO2 gas type & one 2 kg DCP/ABC type). One FE shall be kept in the drivers compartment & other one in the rear compartment near the door. FEs shall be properly secured using clamps on the body of the vehicle. b. Periodical servicing/ refilling of the Fire Extinguishers to be carried out. c. One secretly located fuel lock to be fixed inside the vehicle. Mobile Phone The contractor should provide mobile phone with cash van. The Instrument, installation charges & monthly expenditure on mobile phone shall be borne by the contractor. GPRS (vehicle locator) (mandatory) GPRS system with user name and strong Pass word shall be provided. It should work on vehicle battery. It should be able to generate On-line reports and periodical reports including present location, Point to point and total distance. It should have the function to switch off the vehicle remotely. CCTV (optional in case the bank opts for it) Vehicle CCTV with adequate number of cameras, DVR with 1000 GB hard disk, monitor, (as per specification provided by the Bank) capable of playing, recording and backup facility. Insurance (Mandatory) Contractor shall take adequate insurance cover for vehicle, driver and escorts. The LAYOUT DESIGN shall be as per the layout diagram provided to successful contractor
