9 Farmland Real Estate Market There were little outside drivers of farmland sales in 2013, 14, 15, 16 or 17. Therefore # of sales remains below normal especially large tracts. Some signs of improvement in recreational, timber and rural residential values. Cropland values decline 15-20% from the all time high, stable in 2017
