Now with significant technology upgrades, NovaLED is a more competitive choice than ever, with greatly improved performance, economy and colour rendering. Breadth of Offer The NovaLED range offers a great range of options for residential applications. With a powerful new light source and providing up to 770Lm at only 8W, they are available in a full range of light colours and beam angles, and in two fixture styles, Compact, and Universal. Dimming All NovaLED downlights are dimmable with trailing edge dimmers, however, for best assured dimming range and reliable performance we recommend the Lumex LoadSmart dimmer be used. NovaLED is also available in 1-10V dimmable models. This is particularly suitable for multiple light control where uniformity is important. For more information on 1-10V dimming see our Dimming and Control section. Colour Rendering NovaLED downlights have a boosted Colour Rendering Index rating in excess of 90 (CRI>90). The closer the CRI number is to 100, the more accurately the light displays colours as they would appear under bright sunlight. With a CRI>90, NovaLED downlights deliver HiColour accuracy. In other words, it displays colours superbly. With such great performance, NovaLED downlights are a preferred solution in most residential applications, as well as for any task lighting in retail, hospitality, health and leisure settings. Ceiling Safe These products have been tested as required by the relevant sections of AS/NZS3000 and AS/NZS60598 and found to be safe to be covered by insulation and come into contact with combustible material without further protection.
