2 PROGRAM INFORMATION We are pleased to provide this schedule of training courses and enrollment application for the PYRO-CHEM 2017 Quarter 2 Pre-Engineered Systems training. ELIGIBILITY Only persons employed with Authorized PYRO-CHEM Distributors are eligible to attend this training program. If you do not have the product line on your contract and wish to enroll in the training, contact your local Territory Sales Manager (well in advance of the training date) to inquire about adding that product to your contract. Recommended attendees include any personnel involved in any phase of sales, specification, design, installation or maintenance of these systems. PROGRAM DETAILS Class Includes: System Manual Certificate of Completion Marketing Materials Break Snacks and Refreshments Catered Lunch All programs will take place on the premises of the hotel listed on the attached enrollment form unless indicated otherwise. Classes runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When making your travel reservations, please keep in mind that you are required to complete the ENTIRE course of instruction to qualify for a Training Certificate. We will not make exceptions to this requirement. CANCELLATION Tyco Fire Protection Products reserves the right to cancel a training program at any time. Please wait to receive a confirmation letter of your enrollment from Training Services before making any non-refundable flight arrangements and reserving hotel rooms. As a reminder, confirmed registrations cancelled within 10 days of a training course will be subject to a $100 service charge. If you do not cancel within 10 days and fail to attend the training, you will be charged the entire training tuition.
