Urling Stacy Wertman Michael Wieder Tracie Young Brungard Kenneth McMahon Tom McGowan, staff Sonia Barbosa, staff Marla Marek, staff Chair Steve Austin called the meeting to order at approximately 11:05am ET Members and guests were introduced Chair s Remarks and Purpose of Meeting reflected a Second Draft Meeting format Minutes of the pre Second Draft Meeting (October 16) were approved with changes to start and end times. SL McGowan presented a PPT on the Second Draft Meeting expectations for the TC. TC asked for the presentation to be ed The Technical Committee received several Public Comments The Technical Committee reviewed and accepted several second revisions based on the findings of the Public Comments and staff recommendations for document edits and correlation TC asked for a draft of second draft revisions before the ballot No other business came before the Technical Committee The Technical Committee adjourned the meeting at approximately 12:50pm ET without scheduling a next meeting
