B-PACs also offers diagnostics to indicate failed individual solenoids (short or open), failed individual diaphragms (leaking or ruptured, stuck open or closed) and filter leakage by row for locating leaks and preventing PM from exceeding compliance levels. Modular design enables configuring systems for single and multi-compartment baghouses. B-PAC installation

The control unit provides a local display, dual alarm contacts and optional 4-20mA output. The remote sensor is free of active electronics providing inherent reliability and long life. The 2-piece design is also beneficial for hard to access sensor location and facilitates the optional intrinsically safe version. EM 30 LGX and EM 30T installation EM 30T is a single point particulate monitor and filter leak detector in a 2-wire loop powered transmitter configuration. The loop-powered design with 4-20mA output is ideal for direct connection to PLCs and data loggers. Single piece mounting provides simple installation.

The ability to transmit accurate measurements below 10 W.C., over a broad temperature range while preventing clogging, make these transmitters ideal replacements for mechanical gauges and electronic sensors that use small tubes that can easily clog.
