2 2019 Spring Fundraiser Plant Sale Program Walnut Springs Fundraiser Plant Sale Program Offers 4.5 Pots 10 Hanging Baskets 12 and 14 Combination Baskets and Pots To help guarantee plant sale success, some items will only be available as assorted colors. We carry a wide variety of colors and will be sure to send you a nice mixed selection. Call our office for Plant Sale Order Sheets and Price Lists! It is important to remember that not every plant featured on our website is available for plant sales Establish a firm delivery date. Program Guidelines Assorted Colors means that 4.5 plants will be shipped in solid color flats. There are 15 pots per flat. EX: Order 3 flats of Geraniums and you could receive 1 flat of red, 1 flat of pink, and 1 flat of white. 1 flat will not be a mix of colors. Orders cannot be processed without a delivery pick up date. For an approximate delivery time, please call our office the afternoon before your delivery. Use the INDIVIDUAL ORDER FORM spreadsheet to sell the plants. Walnut Springs strongly suggests that you double our cost for your customers. It is important to emphasize that 50% of cost will go to your organization! Don t forget to print out our pictures of our Plant Sale items for each order form. Collect and Compile your group s orders, then submit. the TOTAL ORDER FORM spreadsheet to Walnut Springs on or before Wednesday April 3, Orders of 600$ or more can be delivered. There is no charge for delivery. Payment can be made after the delivery of your order. (Please or fax a copy of your organization s tax exempt certificate if applicable.)
