Checks payable to Lakota East High School Players keep customer order forms for delivery. Delivery to Soccer Stadium at Hopewell on May 3, 2012 Pick up time TBD. Each player is responsible for pick up and delivery of their orders from soccer stadium. The quality of the flowers are excellent, they are from the Black Barn in Lebanon. Give customer packet with flower order form to fill out. 2 order forms are provided, feel free to make copies. Website has a detailed description with pictures of flowers if needed.
