Financial Report A financial report regarding Memorial City Hall is attached. Fundraising Fundraising efforts total $241,125 in donations, pledges, and gifts as of this date.

2 Page 13 January 17, 2019 To: Marshall City Commission From: Jack Redmon Director of Support Services RE: Memorial City Hall Update Work is moving forward on our Memorial City Hall project with the following elements listed below finished or in progress: Museum area finished Seats have not been delivered Rear of building sidewalk and all plumbing has been finished Main electrical has been finished and 85% of wire has been pulled Elevator is finished waiting for State inspection Trim painting is finished Plaster work in auditorium is ongoing Dressing room countertops are being installed Catwalk has been finished in the top of building Stairs in the top of the building area are complete
