Has a clear and strong long-term strategic plan. All three economies (Chile, Peru and Colombia) are in good position to face the coming years. Peru has a low penetration in Retail business and is well positioned to capture growth. Colombia has low development in the department store business model. It has a diversified loan portfolio with a low amount of debt per client. A profitable and growing real estate business focused in young malls. 27
