We put a lot of time and energy into that house. We remodeled the kitchen, the baby s room, the dining room, the bathroom; we put in a furnace, we put on a new roof, new windows and new siding holy cow, did we do a lot to that house. We lived there for years! When we sold that house, we made a profit because we INVESTED in it. We put our time, energy, and effort into that house and it went up in value as a result. In the same way, when you invest in your organization and other people, they grow in value. They feel better about themselves, better about your relationship, and are more motivated to continue to excel in the areas where you encourage them. Appreciating NARI membership helps us all grow and so I am excited about some of the events we have planned for our association. May 3rd & 4th we have our Spring Home Remodeling Tour with the BIA. This is a time for the Remodelers to show their design work and get others involved in the process of remodeling their own homes. This event will highlight 15 projects from both NARI and BIA remodelers, which will encourage the market to dream of their own projects they are planning. May 7 there will be a lunch and learn for those interested in developing a content marketing strategy for their business. This is at Sunny 95 and will be supported by NARI Profit$ (NARI Profit$ = experts in traditional and online marketing) Lunch and Learn Series. NARI Profit$ is a Committee devoted in the investment of time and resources in helping NARI members increase their Brand awareness with in Central Ohio market. May 15 is our Membership Meeting at Skeeles Manufacturing, 4040 Fondorf Drive Columbus, Ohio.
