2 Company Profile Serdur Group, established 20 years ago has extensive experience in construction and furniture fit out globally. With offices around the world, Serdur Group has hands on approach on each project. Babite furniture factory based in Turkey, exports furniture to 20 countries all over the world, Serdur Design, Saydur Export, SMDF Wood Industry companies are also key subsidiaries based in Turkey, with SHMC located in Dubai and Gedur FM Plc based in Ethiopia. Conducting business in Ethiopia since 2012 the Group is proud to be responsible in supplying and fixing all finishing materials for 27 different hotels, apartments and other real estate projects in Addis Ababa and South Sudan. This company has also an award winning interior design subsidiary decorating villas and real estate projects. Also within the group, Serdur Insaat Dizayn PLC, is a leading export company in furniture and hotel finishing territory in Turkey. Manufacturer of all types of furniture in Turkey and outsource all other materials from well-known manufacturers in Turkey and Europe by experienced teams and have delivered successful milestone turnkey projects. Saydur PLC on the other hand achieves more than $ 10 million USD of export only to Ethiopia annually. This subsidiary has 72 employees in Turkey and a 600 strong manpower team based in Africa. 2

3 Our Companies Established in 2004 in Kayseri Industrial Park, this factory has an indoor working area of sqm, and a total area of sqm. Manufacturing capacity output is sqm of modular furniture annually. Babite is using the latest hi-tech furniture mass manufacturing machines and supplies to well- known Turkish furniture brands as well as exports to many countries around the globe. Baydur Import Company established in 2013 is the service provider Company for the Serdur Group of Companies. A professional Ethiopian architecture team cooperates with Saydurs Design experts in Turkey with and has current executions in Addis Ababa. This company is providing high scale architectural service in Ethiopia. Baydur also provides first quality installation, fixing and finishing workmanship services for their customers. Currently operating in 22 different workplaces, Baydur has a total of 600 associates actively working in Ethiopia. GEDUR FM PLC is established at 2016 on a m2 parcel of land which has m2 indoor manufacturing area in Gelan town, Addis Ababa. This factory produces & sells high quality furniture and has an important share in the Ethiopian and African furniture manufacturing. Established in 2016, Prosess Sound Solutions has an indoor capacity production and service area of m2 in Seyrantep, İstanbul. This factory produces Da Vinci branded high quality sound systems which you can find at upscale entertainment locations, professional performance halls and theatres. Our R&D team is constantly creating new models for individual projects to maximize the quality of sound. 3

4 Our Companies Saydur Design Company established in 2013, is a professional architectural 2d and 3d design company specially established to serve hotels, real estates, shopping malls, and living concept projects. The Company has currently 27 active projects in 11 different countries. Serdur Insaat Company is the companies turnkey company arm established in This company sources all materials for hotels, real estates, apartments, with its very well experienced team. With already a massive track record of completed projects Serdur PLC exports to 23 different countries from Turkey. In 2016 Companies export performance only to Ethiopia reached a 8 million USD of value. Due to its dynamics and synergetic optimal set up, all products are either sourced or manufactured within the group of companies which leads to a quality and cost effective solution. SHMC Company is the new enterprise of Serdur Group of Companies, specially established for the management facilities of the hotels. Driving top line performance and profit generating operational models, with focus on guest satisfaction and happy employees with our professional team are the main ingredients for managing hotels on the long-term and successfully. SMDF Company is the new enterprise of Serdur Group of Companies performing engineering studies such as market analysis, feasibility studies on wood processing opportunities in the Sub Saharan region. 4
