Rehab Overview This home needed minor exterior work which included painting, landscaping and new vinyl replacement windows. The interior work included new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and new flooring and paint throughout. Am additional bath was added and the existing one renovated. Contractor Overview Multiple licensed contractors were used to complete all work. EXTERIOR: General 1. New front door- (style TBD) w/ new hardware 2. Sand and paint exterior fascia and trim- per color scheme below 3. INTERIOR: Demo 1. Remove all loose trash and debris from house and garage. 2. Remove kitchen counters, cabinets, backsplash, and appliances. 3.

Remove all carpet/laminate flooring. 7. Demo partition walls at dining room per drawings. General 1. Patch all walls were needed. 2. Remove acoustical ceiling and patch as needed. 3.

Tile floor in kitchen and utility room to remain- steam clean 8. Carpet all bedrooms 9. Replace all heat registers with white 10.Light fixtures to remain 11.
