We were especially happy (and grateful) with the expert help during the design phase. Haile Kitchen & Bath did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel from concept through to completion. From the initial meeting, Brad put me at ease with his in depth experience in the business and also his knowledge of area builders and materials. He and his team offered valuable input into the design... HKB remodeled my kitchen and guest bathroom. They do a great job of working with me at the start to make sure the design is exactly what I want, they plan the work out well, they keep the area clean, and they are always respectful of my time. I noticed many other renovation and kitchen contracting companies have very little publicfacing inmation, so as someone making decisions from Connecticut, seeing the... HK&B recently finished a remodel of our master bath cabinets, counters, sinks, mirrors and lighting. They did an excellent job in a reasonable time-frame, and at what we thought was an excellent price. Brad pulled together some excellent choices us and we couldn't be more pleased. They were always very responsive and professional, and they presented great design ideas. We really enjoyed working with them and look ward to working with them on future jobs. The materials, constant communication, professionalism, and timeline was fantastic. I have had issues with other companies not following through or leaving me disappointed in these areas, but Haile Kitchen and Bath always made me feel like they truly care about their clients and wanted to see my vision... I am SO very happy with my new kitchen! It feels like a dream come true. Shawn was wonderful to work with and was truly present every step of the way, and Eve had a FANTASTIC eye materials.
