The house is in the Mount Helix section of town. Rehab Overview The house needed a complete renovation which included a new roof, windows, stucco, septic and landscaping on the exterior. Interior renovations included new kitchen, plumbing, electrical, bathrooms and HVAC Contractor Overview Licensed contractors where used to complete all work. EXTERIOR: General 1.New front & back doors. (TBD) 2.Prep & paint exterior of house. 3.Repair any damaged wood as per termite report. 4.Replace porch lights Home Depot # , Hampton Bay Wall Mount Outdoor 2 Pack Lanterns, $ Demo gate/fence in backyard. 6.Haul away all debris. 7.Build pergola off back porch. 8.Frame in back porch area & build new stairs. Roof 1.Rip existing roof. 2.Install new ½ plywood where needed. 3.Install drip edge at perimeter. 4.Cover with 15 lb. paper, and then install architectural style shingles. Landscaping 1.Trim bushes in front & back yards. 2.Clean up & remove all debris. 3.Install sprinklers & sod in front yard. 4.Plant annuals in beds at front of house. 5. Trim trees.
