1 A NEW WAVE OF IN-CEILING SPEAKERS PHASETECH 20 SERIES Phase Technology s new CI520, CI620, and CI820 are two-way coaxial, ported speakers with integrated steel backcans. Incorporating PhaseTech s signature polypropylene woofers with butyl rubber surrounds and soft dome tweeters, these new speakers deliver unmatched audio and bass response. With a 16 Ohm input impedance, you can operate eight speakers in stereo (with four speakers per channel) or four speakers in mono, while only presenting a four Ohm load to your amp. This enables multiple speakers to be placed on the same amplifier channel without the need for impedance matching devices. If CI520 CI620 CI820 25/70/100V audio distribution is your preference, the 20 Series comes with an integrated mulit-tap transformer. MOUNTING OPTIONS CI-FGR QM Most CI in-ceiling speakers are now manufactured with the new CI-FGR quick-mounting QM Safety-Loc system, making installation the easiest you ve ever done. No longer will you have to balance holding ceiling speakers in place while tightening their screws. Newly developed SAFETY-LOC clamps engage to hold the speaker in the flange. Simply twist the speaker counter-clockwise into the flange. The SAFETY-LOC clamps engage with the tabs on the flange. The speaker is then held secure while you safely tighten the screws. All previously produced CIs and flanges are compatible with the newer models. CI-FGQM/S Any of the six in-wall CI models fit our CI-FG QM, featuring a patented tool-free clamping system for an easy and clean installation or for upgrading speakers. CI-FGR T This 15 o tilt-mount is compatible with five in-ceiling models, allowing the speaker s sound to be directed at the listener or to compensate for an angled ceiling. Tilt model numbers are shown with the equivalent, non-tilt models. CI-FG/MICRO The almost invisible flange on the CI-FG/ Micro brings an attractive style to in-ceiling speaker assemblies.
