Concept Statement: This bachelor pad is located in downtown Asheville, NC.

4 Concept Statement: This bachelor pad is located in downtown Asheville, NC. The masculine yet contemporary furniture fits wonderfully in the space with a few natural elements to bring in the feel of the mountains. The neutral colors keep the studio apartment feeling cozy and warm while the accents of blue throughout keeps the space interesting. The apartments floor plan may look small, but the layout of rooms within the space and the positioning of furniture helps to make the space feel larger. The floor to ceiling windows in the living and bedroom area open up the space and show off the wonderful mountain view and downtown area.

9 Concept Statement: Jack and Vanessa Worthington are classy, practical, and fun-loving clients who have a great affection for art, sports, and travel. The home is a prestigious high-rise condominium in Dubai, Saudi Arabia. The view from the penthouse overlooks the downtown skyline and this is by far its greatest asset. For the design of this home I decided to use elements from Dubai while keeping in mind their classic, funloving style and making the design more transitional rather than stuffy and traditional. The feel of this home is a transition between the city of Dubai and their own style. I used many gold accents and rich colors throughout the home and left plenty of space for their family art collection.

14 Concept Statement: The design for this English Tudor home includes a guest house and backyard area. The outdoor space consists of a pool, a covered seating area with dining, and a seating area centered around a fire pit. Stained concrete makes up the flooring for the entire area with exception of a small landscaped space around the fire pit. The guest house is a smaller rendition of the main house and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, a living room, kitchen, dining area, and plenty of storage space. The guest house includes many subtle color schemes such as, brown and green in the living area, teal and green in one bedroom, and coral and yellow in another. The overall style of the guest house and outdoor area is very traditional to match the original architecture of the home.

19 Concept Statement: My client asked for a dentist office design centered around the Hard Rock Café Theme. Teens are the target patient base for this dentist office so the Hard Rock Café theme is perfect for them. The waiting area is the most interesting area in the dental center with a jukebox that plays music that the patients can choose themselves and a wall dedicated to the major Rock Legends like Jimi Hendrix and Elvis. In the dental operatories, actual guitars are framed and hung on the walls while the trim around the ceiling is made up of a continuous music staff complete with notes.

24 Concept Statement: This once owned restaurant has been transformed into a high-end Jazz nightclub called Davenport Blues. Davenport Blues style is that of a New Orleans Jazz club and offers an array of bar style foods such as popcorn shrimp and po boys. They feature locally brewed beer along with their full bar menu. There are built-in, custom booths, with small table, for groups and couples to lounge and enjoy a few drinks or grab a bite to eat. Lounge areas are scattered throughout the space for those who just want to relax and enjoy their evening. The back wall of the bar area is a painted mural of the night sky with the clubs name. The overall feel of the space is very warm and cozy. This is the perfect night spot to relax and enjoy the evening while listening to the sounds of Blues and Jazz music.
