2 INTRO ABOUT US IMAGILIGHTS is a Belgian company creating, manufacturing and distributing a range of rechargeable cordless lighting solutions for INDOOR, OUTDOOR and POOL use. We currently export to nearly 100 countries worldwide, and are continuously expanding our markets. We offer you the best LED technology, making IMAGILIGHTS the most sustainable alternative to traditional lighting systems. IMAGILIGHTS, especially created to outlast the hard performances that our articles require to resist and endure in quality and endurance ability within the hospitality - Horeca segment. HISTORY The idea behind the IMAGILIGHTS brand was created in September 2009 after wanting to develop a wireless light with important features such as unlimited colors, shockproof ability, waterproof ability, heat- and cold resistance and resistance to high and low humidity. Combining these features into one article was a difficult but challenging task for our team of engineers. The decision was made to use an innovating charging method being wireless induction. Our engineers and developers succeeded to bring out a fully finished, highly tested commercial article that was then baptized under the name IMAGILIGHTS : a combination of the French imaginer and Latin imaginari. In August of 2011 we started to export our first lights to the public. Today we have over 150 molds that are exported to nearly 100 countries worldwide. Two years later a new showroom was inaugurated together with our new distribution center with a capacity to stock and handle over 900 euro pallets. The year 2015 included the launching of a brand new collection carrying the name DJOBIE. The collection is made of injection molded PPMA and PC material, creating a fully transparent sandblasted table light collection. The decision of working with new materials has brought a lot of unexpected challenges along. The production process was difficult and took longer than anticipated. The magnificent collection is a combination of pureness and handcraftsmanship. Early 2016 we launched a 3rd table model collection, a handmade, handcrafted table lighting collection baptized under the name MOMENTS. Made of anodized brushed aluminum, this collection is considered our top of the line, AAA products for our most demanding, high-end customer base. COMPANY PROFILE - 2

We test our products in extreme weather conditions by running them through specialized LAB machines that imitate extreme temperatures such as desert heat and Nordic cold, as well as high and low humidity. We conduct both electrical as mechanical tests to ensure a high grade quality standard. We use the best rotation moulding and high tech injection machinery in order to guarantee an optimal quality. 6 DESIGNER Gerd Couckhuyt (Belgium) has over 20 years of experience in product and furniture design. He draws his inspiration from the visual and emotional stimuli of daily life, and uses ths to create innovative and comtemporary concepts. At present we have three collections within our range: TEBUR COLLECTION Our TEBUR collection is mostly used outdoors, but goes indoors just as well. This collection fits any modern interior design and will perfectly set the mood on your terrace or patio. Both our table lighting collections are waterproof and shock resistant. DJOBIE COLLECTION Our DJOBIE collection adds ambiance and a touch of elegance to any table. The sophisticated design makes the lamps a pleasure to the eye, even without being illuminated. IMAGILIGHTS table lamps are not only functional, but also serve as refined decorative accents. The collection consists of 7 different models, ensuring a right fit for every interior. MOMENTS COLLECTION A genuine hand-crafted lamp inspired by architecture, sculpture and design, composed of the finest raw materials.
