16 Warranty Statement Corilam Fabricating Co., Inc. hereby warrants that the products manufactured by it shall be free of all substantial defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard industry conditions for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Within the specified period of this warranty, Corilam agrees, at our option, to repair or replace subject products which prove to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that the buyer gives written notice within thirty (30) days of all such claimed defects. The liability under warranty shall not exceed the original price of the defective material. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from shipment, storage, alteration or misuse of product, and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
