It is crafted from recycled plastic bottles and is permeated with UV stabilized pigments. Envirowood is made from an extremely high performance polymer that does not require sealing, painting or staining. It will not rot or splinter, and contains UV inhibitors that resist fading. Envirowood is not affected by most corrosive substances, and will not absorb moisture or promote bacterial growth. To maintain Envirowood furniture you must simply clean it regularly with soap and water (avoid pressure washing). The stainless steel fasteners used to assemble your furniture are virtually maintenance free under normal conditions. Seaside uses only the highest quality stainless fasteners to assemble furniture; however in coastal areas hardware will require regular washing or rinsing with fresh water to avoid rusting. Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of Envirowood Furniture for up to 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase). We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. Envirowood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners are guaranteed not to fail structurally for a period of up to 20 years for residential use and 5 years for commercial use (from date of purchase). Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions if not maintained as outlined under the Envirowood Care and Maintenance section. Rusting hardware or structural failure due to rusting hardware is not covered by this warranty. Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year. Compression of cushions is not covered by this warranty. Commercial liners are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year. In no event shall Seaside Casual be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to any plants which may have been planted in the product. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed. With the encouragement of our local community, we began making and selling more chairs. That single design has now grown into a collection of over 100 products. ENVIROWOOD. In 99 we introduced Envirowood a 100% High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) lumber. Made from recycled plastic bottles and containers, Envirowood is permeated with UV stabilized pigments that are consistent throughout the entire piece. The result is a smoother and more durable finish that prevents chalking and resists fading of the surface. INDOOR COMFORT. Our lumber is milled and routered to simulate the look and feel often found in traditional wood furniture. Joints are secured using mortise and tenon joinery and edges and corners are milled on precise CNC machinery. In short, we produce our outdoor collection at specifications usually applied to interior furniture. STAINLESS FASTENERS. All stainless steel fasteners are not created equal. Low grade stainless or painted components can easily corrode in harsh coastal environments. We use marine grade stainless steel (3) to ensure superior protection when exposed to the elements. SOLID AS A ROCK. Unlike molded products, our frames are constructed with HDPE lumber components that are designed to withstand temperature and load changes. Structural aluminum is used to reinforce critical frame members in key locations. The result is a product that will not tip, topple, or turn over on your patio, deck, or lawn.

51 SLATS AND SPACES. Appropriately spaced slats are the difference between support and the feeling of falling through the seat or back of your chair. IT ONLY HAS A GOOD SIDE. All of our products are completely finished on all surfaces. This means all backs and seats are slatted and supported so that they look and feel great even when cushions are not in use. CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY. We offer a wide selection of custom fitted cushions made from Sunbrella and Outdura fabrics. These premium fabrics repel water, are stain resistant, and resist fading, even in the brightest of sun. The Sunbrella Rain fabric with mesh venting available on select collections is 100% waterproof and dries quickly, so you can spend more time enjoying life and less time waiting for cushions to dry.
