5 YEARS Rath Is a professional consulting firm specializing in planning and design of facilities for corporations, higher education, government entities, healthcare providers and community service groups throughout India and APAC. We follow an approach that allows us to maintain consistent involvement in various phases of development from planning, design and implementation. Our team consists of multi- disciplinary staff of architects, planners, interior designers, landscape architects and project delivery team. Full participation in collaborative efforts and understanding of the client specific needs are of paramount importance in the execution and success of each project. Our team is highly flexible and ready to understand the client vision and make it a reality. We deliver cost effective, creative design solutions that address each client s special requirements. Client satisfaction is our measurement of successful performance. The indicator to the satisfaction is our growing list of repeat clients and referred projects. Rath Architectonic was established in 1991, as a research-based architecture and design firm, headquartered in Odisha, India. It was founded on the belief that design has the power to transform lives and enhance communities. The firm s has been growing from a single office of a dozen to multiple offices, we have generated many significant projects; yet the process of critical self-renewal remains in our culture as we seek to stay meaningfully relevant to the society we serve. Requires collection of data at multiple points through out the program cycle; including at the beginning to provide baseline and can be used to determine if activities need adjustments during the intervention to improve desired outcomes. In the course of his twenty five-year career, he has led a range of conservation, adaptive reuse, design, and feasibility planning and management projects. Well known for his contribution to the discourse surrounding residential, public and landscape architecture along with project management and interior design in India, Manonjaya speaks regularly in the media and at public and professional events, and has received numerous awards and honors.
