26 Courthouse Square Public Land for Public Good A Preliminary review of County-owned parcels to identify sites where the potential for development of affordable housing should be studied further. Courthouse Square is a Tier 1 site for the PL4PG initiative. 36

Establish affordable housing goals related to future Courthouse Square (re)development. Site Plan Employ policies and tools to achieve additional affordable housing.
