2 Lines of Services Curve through the years has gained extensive experience in the market, due to the construction of different and diverse amounts of projects. Projects constructed vary in size, scope of work, theme, value and location. We always stay true to the designs envisioned by our designers, within the agreed upon budget, quality standards and time span, seeking and deserving leadership. Curve Landscape L.L.C was established in Despite being relatively a young company, we have grown to be one of the premier landscape contracting companies in Egypt. We offer a wide portfolio of services; ranging from landscaping works for multi-acre residential and coastal compounds, to office buildings and commercial compounds for a number of reputable clients. Irrigation Network Curve supplies and installs the irrigation networks for all the softscape elements, including lawn areas, ground covers, shrubs, trees and palms. We also include the piping, fittings, valves and the emitters whether they are sprinklers, bubblers or drippers for all irrigation systems. Systems range from semi- automatic to fully- automatic, with central control and weather stations. Softscape Softscape is concerned with supplying and planting all types of plants; such as lawn areas, ground covers, shrubs, trees, palms and palm likes. We have a vast experience in the softscape field, where we have our own nursery that gives us the opportunity to provide our clients with international standard plants that suit their needs and are suitable for every construction site. Water Features Water features include traditional swimming pools with its various systems, such as over flow, skimmer or horizon pools. It also includes artificial lakes and up to 12 meter high waterfalls. And on a smaller scale, simple shallow water channels and regular fountains or imported marble fountains. We have a vast experience in constructing water features, with all that it entails customized to each and every project. Hardscape Curve constructs the hardscape elements that cover all types of paved areas such as streets, sidewalks, plazas, villa entrances and patios from various materials. Materials used comprise marble, granite, concrete pavers, asphalt, stabilized soil, etc. 3

3 Landscape Lighting Golf Courses Landscape lighting can be used for a variety of purposes, according to the designer of the landscape project. We provide solutions from lighting to security, emphasizing certain aspects of the design, as to create a beautiful portrait for the enjoyment of the residents in the project. We supply and install all the lighting components that include the wiring, control boxes, the lighting units whether they are lighting poles of pollards or up lights, Earth spikes, lighting for the building exteriors. In 2011, Curve signed a joint venture agreement with Proscape, one of Dubai s premier landscaping contractors. Together we aim to deliver the highest quality of projects available in the industry, through utilizing our industry and market knowledge, while applying Proscape s international standards and know-how. It also gives us the privilege of working with Proscape s specialized companies, worth mentioning Proscape-Heritage Link; the specialized company for construction and management of golf courses in the MENA region and India. It is a jointventure enterprise launched by Proscape in Dubai and Heritage Links in Houston. Sports Courts Nursery Sports courts are more than just the surfacing visible to the end user. The construction of them requires having a suitable and leveled sub-base and base, the necessary drainage installation, in addition to, choosing from the different types of final surfacing options available. We have a pronounced experience in the construction of these various types of Sports Courts. At Curve, we have our own nursery to grow every needed plant that caters to every project. The nursery consists of two propagation greenhouses (9X60m) on a net area of 1,080 m2. The various plants are propagated as seeds, seedlings, green or wood cuttings or plantlets depending on every specific plant. The plants are kept in the nursery for a sufficient period of time; till they grow and are resilient enough to be transferred outside the green house to the open air area, to continue its growth till it reaches the commercial convenient size. 5

Hyde Park Properties for Development The diversity of our work and the expertise of our team are shown in our residential projects for Egypt s top real estate developers, including Hyde Park Properties for Development at New Cairo. The project s area is spread on 6 MM m2 and included our services varying from the structural works (Earthwork, grading and concrete), hardscape, irrigation network, lighting fixtures, water features, site furniture, signage and way finding, playgrounds to softscape. Mountain View Mountain View for Real Estate Development at the 5th District, New Cairo is one of our residential compounds done with our landscaping services including hardscape (Earthwork, paving, sidewalks, trash cans, mailboxes), irrigation network, electrical network, lighting, site furniture, signage and way finding, softscape and water features. The project is spread on an area of 34 Feddans. 7

5 Coastal Projects Marassi at Sidi Abdel Rahman Curve is proud to be the landscaping construction company for of one of Egypt s leading real estate developers: Emaar, in its Mediterranean coastal haven, Marassi at Sidi Abdel Rahman. The project is stretched on 1,544 feddans and it covered Curve s extensive work in landscaping varying from hardscape (Earthwork and paving), irrigation network, electrical network, site furniture, signage & way finding to softscape. 9

6 Mountain View- North Coast Curve s coastal work has been highly illustrated in this sector, at Mountain View for Real Estate Development, where more than Feddans have been constructed by our expertise in diverse work scopes in hardscape (Earthwork, paving, sidewalks, trash cans, and mailboxes), irrigation network, electrical network, lighting, site furniture, signage & way finding, softscape and water features. Mountain View- Sokhna Another 60 coastal feddans in the beautiful Ain El Sokhna has been constructed with our cutting edge landscaping services at Mountain View for Real Estate Development. The project included our skilled services hardscape, irrigation network, electrical network, lighting, site furniture, signage and way finding, and softscape. Public Urban Spaces Public Square We have worked on numerous Mountain View for Real Estate Development projects all over the country, including its artistic public square located in 90 Road, 5th District, New Cairo, on an area of 1.7 Feddans. The public square covered services including hardscape (Earthwork and paving), irrigation network, electrical network, lighting, signage and softscape. 11

7 Curve at Cityscape 2014 CURVE took part in Cityscape Annual Exhibition that took place from the 9th to the 12th of April, at The Cairo International Convention Center. Cityscape Egypt is the country s leading international property exhibition. Showcasing the widest range of developments under one roof, it caters to the needs of everyone from developers, institutional investors and service providers, to the general or first-time home buyer. It was a positive opportunity to get together with a wide list of real estate developers and potential clients under one roof. CURVE S stand was visited by a large turnout of visitors and participants alike. CSR Curve s team sponsored the Egyptian Tree Day at Hospital As an integral part of our CSR values, Curve has participated in this initiative on March 15th, 2014, at Hospital, where our employees planted trees in celebration of this occasion. Kids had a chance to plant a tree in their garden along with our team members. This celebration aimed to bring happiness and positivity to the kids and their families.
