Our equipment is fitted with the latest GPS control technology and we have the capabilities to undertake complex and environmentally sensitive civil construction projects. Project portfolio NICKLIN WAY BRIDGE Construction of a northbound and southbound bridge and pedestrian underpass, and major road upgrade of Nicklin Way to six lanes.

5 NEWPORT LOCK & WIER Construction of a concrete lock and weir, including an elevated pedestrian bridge. CONDABRI WATER TREATMENT PLANT, MILES construction of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipelines for Origin Energy s coal seam gas projects. LOCH LAMEROUGH SALINITY PIPELINE AND INTAKE JETTY, GOLDEN BEACH laying a pipeline through an existing urban area, incorporating an automatic pumping station. PELICAN WATERS BOULEVARD BRIDGES, SUNSHINE COAST construction of a four-span overwater bridge using a combination of dry and overwater construction. Urban development Experienced in bulk earthworks, installing subdivisional infrastructure and developing canal estates, Hall Contracting is an industry leader in urban development. Project portfolio AURA Construction of all civil works for a major Sunshine Coast residential project. Aura will eventually house around 30,000 people. BIRTINYA TOWN CENTRE Delivery of all bulk earthworks in the western retail precinct of the Oceanside Town Centre. This project included the completion of roadworks, a trunk poly gravity sewer and sewerage pump station, drainage works and traffic signals. BOKARINA BEACH Delivery bulk earthworks including revetment walls, sewer, major drainage works and substantial dewatering. Key achievements include delivery of: salinity pump station, jetty and rising main, and construction of the lake. PELICAN WATERS ESTATE, SUNSHINE COAST undertaking major earthworks and civil infrastructure construction for a Greg Norman-designed golf course and major residential canal estate of over 2,500 lots. BRIGHTWATER ESTATE, SUNSHINE COAST undertaking major earthworks and installation of civil infrastructure for 1,500 residential lots at Stockland s centrepiece residential development. PARKLAKES SPORT FIELDS AND LAKES, BLI BLI construction of sports fields, lakes, walkways and jetties. Environmental projects In recent years, Hall Contracting has delivered a number of ecologically sensitive projects including the translocation of rare and endangered native flora and the management of acid sulphate soils. The successful completion of these projects has earned us a solid reputation for providing innovative and practical solutions. Project portfolio PELICAN WATERS ESTATE, SUNSHINE COAST implementing an innovative approach to construction adjacent to an environmentally sensitive fish habitat. This environmentally sound action plan earned the project the 2005 National Case Earth Award. BUNDILLA LAKES VEGETATION TRANSLOCATION, SUNSHINE COAST successfully translocating 13 hectares of rare and endangered flora using special equipment customdesigned in-house. BRIGHTWATER ESTATE, SUNSHINE COAST implementing environmental controls including a complex sediment and erosion control system.

We are proud to operate an Environmental Management System that is accredited to ISO Awards Our ability to successfully manage environmentally sensitive projects has resulted in the receipt of the following accolades: 2005 National Winner Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) Earth Award for acid sulphate soils management at Pelican Waters; 2009 Queensland State Finalist CCF Earth Award for Brightwater Estate rare species translocation; 2012 Queensland State Finalist CCF Earth Award for Brightwater Estate; and 2013 Finalist Healthy Waterways Award for Brightwater Lake.
