14 Transportation Network Findings Proposed network accommodates the anticipated traffic generated by the increased land use density (Iteration 3) Proposed network encourages use of transit, bicycling, and walking Forecasted levels of congestion are less severe than in comparable urban centers

15 TLUC Recommendation Postpone Planning Commission Public Hearing until After December 6 th Board Business meeting Refer the CPAM back to TLUC s November 2016 meeting for additional work
