8 Pace Pulse Program Pulse is a form of rapid transit that offers fast and frequent bus service with limited station stops and advanced technology. Pulse Harlem will eventually link Pace s first Pulse corridors in north, west, and south suburbs. 8

South Harlem Avenue Corridor Study In 2011, the Southwest Conference of Mayors conducted a transportation and economic development study of Harlem Avenue from 63 rd Street south to I-80.

12 South Harlem Avenue Corridor Study In 2011, the Southwest Conference of Mayors conducted a transportation and economic development study of Harlem Avenue from 63 rd Street south to I-80. The plan s vision is to create a vibrant corridor with a mix of thriving uses that works for all users. Steering Committee Composed of representatives from local municipalities, transit agencies, regional government entities and civic organizations.

Committee will help assess technical elements, forge community outreach strategies, shape proposed improvements, and ensure that the project outcome is reflective of community needs. Steering Committee will meet a total of 5 times. 17
