We control hundreds of kilometres of roadside weed vegetation and open area maintenance in urban and regional areas. The threat of Bush Fires unfortunately is prevalent in our community and UrbanVirons offers proactive measures in fuel reduction work to reduce the risk of properties being vulnerable and susceptible to fire danger. Procurement Due to UrbanVirons diverse services and multiple divisions within our group; we have exceptional relationships with key suppliers and access to a large variety of reputable providers and other supply chains. Our procurement team will lock in and negotiate best buy rates to protect project outcomes and avoid price fluctuations where possible. An example of our continual quest to care for our environment is the use of Organic Steam Weeder technology. This gives our clients an opportunity to select an environmentally friendly alternative other than, the use of chemicals to kill weeds. UrbanVirons Environmental Committee strives to maintain and update environmental procedures. Continual improvement is vital in managing our impact on the environment. Some examples of initiatives we have undertaken include the installation of solar panels and the recycling of mulch from our tree works.
