1 Welcome Thank you for visiting our public consultation on British Land s latest plans to improve the Regent s Place campus. We are proposing to refurbish and extend 1 Triton Square to provide modern, flexible office space, affordable workspace, new retail and a gym. The public realm will be upgraded on all sides of the building, creating attractive new places to walk through, play in, or sit and enjoy. 4 1 Triton Square 1 Triton Square was purpose-built for the First National Bank of Chicago and opened in The original design provided a large trading floor on the first floor, with offices above, on either side of an unusually large atrium. British Land proposes to re-use and convert the building to create modern offices, which is more sustainable and involves less construction. In refurbishing and extending the building, we are looking to create modern and flexible office space, with more active frontages and better public realm all around the building. 7 Affordable Workspace We want to create an open workspace, which is accessible to the local community and helps create employment opportunities through training and social enterprise. The building will provide 11,000 sq. ft. of shared workspace for small businesses and individuals to work and develop ideas. We want to encourage collaboration and sharing of ideas between start-ups and small businesses, by providing an alternative to traditional offices and working at home. We aim to create a space where people can learn and develop skills through networking, workshops and events.

8 New Affordable Homes We are proposing to redevelop St Anne s to create 22 new affordable homes. They will provide exemplary new homes for Camden residents, including private and shared amenity and play space. 10 will be family sized three-bedroom units, with 11 twobedroom units and 1 one-bedroom property. 9 Public Realm As part of our planning application, there is an opportunity to improve the public routes and spaces around 1 Triton Square and on Longford Place. We are proposing new landscaped routes on the east, west and south sides of 1 Triton Square as well as a major new public space on Longford Place, which will provide a more pleasant place to visit, play in, and walk through.
