4 Preliminary i and Final Plat To subdivide the property into: 3 lots for mixed-use development 1 lot for high density residential development 1 lot for low and medium density residential development and special destination commercial development 1 lot for medium residential density development and 1 lot for low density residential development.

9 Trees Worked with tree consultant develop tree management plan Healthy trees Diseased trees Tree maintenance program Pi Priority it transplant t trees Potential trees to be preserved This Plat has incorporated existing, healthy trees to the extent possible into the design. Site grading and tree removal is limited to the areas of construction (drainage area, roadways, utilities). Future design and platting will incorporate existing trees to the extent possible and relocate trees where feasible in open space tracts, parks and other areas.
