The 3rd NCMConferences was held in Flora Grand Hotel, May 2, 2016. As the name of conference speaks for itself, the conference main theme was new challenges in management and business, emphasizing on organization and leadership. The conference was organized by in collaboration with UNESCO Chair in Entrepreneurship, California Institute of Management and Technology, Dukuz Eylul University, Izmir, Turkey, ISPIM- International Society for Professional Innovation Management, University of Queensland, and Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, Spain. AIMI AIMI has a branch of University of Applied Science and Technology which administers BA, MBA, and DBA courses in collaboration with Nice University and Bordeaux, France. It counsels the factories and industries and conducting research. It administers short-term, inservice, and joint-degree courses and programs. It publishes international journals (www.aimijournal.com): International Journal of Organizational Leadership (Web of Science, ESCI), Marketing and Branding Research (ProQuest), and Journal of Imaginative Business Ideas. We received papers from different countries such as USA, UAE, Turkey, Spain, Poland, Bulgaira, Italy, Romania, Iran, Malaysia, Latvia, Pakistan, Qatar, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Australia. The scientific committee conducted double-blind review to select the high quality papers for potential presentation in the conference and also for publication in Procedia: Social and Behavioral Science.
