Diffuser made of transparent or opal white polycarbonate resistant to UV and solar radiations, containing the optical unit. The system contains: o a photovoltaic panel 30W 735x350x25mm (3.5 kg); o an accumulator RA 12-45 12V/30A 198x166x171mm (13 kg); o a box for batteries 330x220x180mm. On the lower part of the pole there will be mounted an electric circuit that allows the switch of the system on the mains power supply 230V/50Hz when the solar battery is discharged.
