FORWARD This manual covers the model #5513 nacho display cabinet. You can be very proud of your 5513 Designer Series Nacho Cabinet. In addition to being an attractive "eye catcher", it contains various engineering innovations which make it the leader in the industry. The exterior of the machine is designed and built-up to present an attractive appearance for many years. INSTALLATION CHECKING SHIPMENT Unpack the shipping crate and check thoroughly for any damage which may have occurred in transit. Any claims should be filed immediately with the transportation company. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS Voltage for your warmer is 120 Volt, 60 Cycle. The Holding Cabinets will draw 1350 Watts. Your electrician must furnish sufficient current for the proper operation of your machine. The switches and controls which operate the display are located on the top right side of the machine. 3
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS LIGHT SWITCH Flipping this switch to the "ON" position energizes the light. HEAT SWITCH Flipping this switch to the "ON" position energizes the heat element. Note: The is heat element is controlled by the variable bulb cap thermostat on the side of the cabinet. ADJUSTABLE HEAT CONTROL The machine comes with a set VARIABLE bulb cap thermostat for product temperatures of 80 to 150 degrees F. 1. Turn light switch to on position 2. Turn heat switch to on position. 3. Adjust heat control to desired temperature EASY STEPS FOR USING UNIT CARE AND CLEANING The aluminum body of the display is easy to keep clean. Usually a damp cloth will remove all dirt and grease spots. NEVER USE ABRASIVES on the stainless steel body. The glass should always be clean and sparkling. Remember the inside of the glass must be cleaned too. 4

WARRANTY WE WARRANT to the original purchaser the Gold Medal equipment sold by us to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any defective part for a period of six (6) months from the date of sale to the Original Purchaser with regard to labor and two (2) years with regard to parts and does not cover damage to the equipment caused by accident, alteration, improper use, voltage, abuse, or failure to follow instructions. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON OUR PART, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY.
