Overview The first step was on 1958G where the foundation stone of SAMNAN Company for Trading and Maintenance was laid and where the company headed, in its business, towards fields of water and oil stations for about forty years. To keep pace with the economic revolution witness by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and based upon a studied plan, the company has decided to establish specialized sections for all matters related to water sectors and projects and the company transferred into SAMNAN Company for Trading and Maintenance in 1997G. To reap benefit of efforts exerted through five decades, in 2010G, SAMNAN Company, of Saudi authentic roots, decided to transfer its section into limited liability companies leaded by its visions, and such companies are SANUM ALJAZEERA Company, MIYAH Company SAMNAN Modern Pools, SAMNAN Petroleum Services, SAMNAN Food Services, REZEQ Company, ALHUFI Contracting Company and SAMNAN Real Estate Investments, since establishment, and grouped the same under the name of SAMNAN Holding Group in 2011G. 4
