Thank you for purchasing a DAGR Industrial Lighting fixture one of the most durable LED fixtures on the market. Our lights have been engineered, tested and certified to ensure optimum performance in the industry s toughest environments. When installed, operated and maintained in accordance with product specifications and instructions, your new LED fixture can be expected to provide many years of reliable lighting performance and energy savings. If you have any questions about the use and maintenance of your DAGR LED fixture, please contact us toll-free at 1.866.203.0040 or email info@dagrlighting.com. WARNING Important Safety Instructions WARNING Important Safety Instructions RISK OF FIRE AND/OR ELECTRIC SHOCK This product should be installed and maintained by a qualified Electrician ONLY, in accordance with all applicable electrical codes. Make sure the power is OFF before installing or servicing. Never attempt to install or remove a fixture from an energized circuit. Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker before installing or servicing. Proper grounding is required to ensure personal safety. Inspect all units for damage prior to installation. Do not alter, relocate or remove wiring, lamp holders, ballast, drivers or any other electrical component. Do not allow flammable or combustible materials to accumulate on fixture. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during installation, maintenance or handling. HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS Remove fixture from hazardous locations before attempting any maintenance. Do not return fixture to service in hazardous locations if seals have been broken or product is damaged. This fixture is made of aluminum and is not suitable for use in underground mines where explosive atmospheres may exist. To maintain explosion proof integrity, make sure all threads are fully engaged. Product Unpacking This fixture has been packed to avoid damage during transit. Inspect the fixture to confirm there is no damage prior to installation. Do not install a damaged fixture or change fixture components. DAGRlighting.com Page 1 FL570.1406.IM

Operating Environments LED technology differs from previous forms of lighting. The driver is capable of accepting a range of input voltages, but requires a consistent supply of power. Drivers are able to withstand minor voltage drops and surges, but should not be subject to frequent power fluctuations. The fixture should not be operated at voltage and current inputs below or exceeding those listed under the unit s operating parameters. Lighting circuits should be designed to ensure sufficient and stable voltage and current are delivered to the unit. Temperature limits for hazardous locations are listed on the certificate of conformance as well on the product label attached to the fixture and presented later in this document. For optimal performance and longevity, the standard operational environment of the fixture should not routinely exceed 35 C. Continuous operation at high ambient temperatures will decrease the longevity of the driver. Under abnormally high ambient temperatures, the driver will decrease power output as ambient temperatures approach and exceed 50 o C and may go into protection mode. Wiring Wiring of this product must be performed by a qualified electrician and all electrical connections made in accordance with the National Electrical Code, any applicable local code requirements and hazardous location requirements. Luminaire Wire Guide Phase (Live) Neutral Ground USA and Canada European Union (EU) (IEC 60446) Black White Green Typical Current Draw: 70W Fixture 1.4A / 115VAC 140W Fixture 2.8A / 115VAC Brown Blue Green and Yellow Mounting Fixture may become damaged and/or unstable if not installed properly. This fixture should be mounted using the mounting bracket provided. Do not mount in a fashion that putts strain on the electrical cord or cord connector. Note: Fixture may become damaged and/or unstable if not installed properly. Ensure that all mounting hardware is fully tightened and will not loosen. If mounted in areas subject to vibration, ensure mounting methodology will not allow wear or shear on mounting hardware. A secondary method of securing the fixture to the support can be employed as an additional safety measure. Maintenance Perform visual, electrical, and mechanical inspections on a regular basis. The environmental and operating conditions, in conjunction with a preventive maintenance program, should be used to determine inspection frequency. We recommend an Electrical Preventive Maintenance Program as described in the National Fire Protection Association Bulletin NFPA No. 70B: Recommended Practice For Electrical Equipment Maintenance (www.nfpa.org). To prevent heat build-up, remove dust from the LED housing. The lens should be cleaned periodically to ensure continued lighting performance. Do not use an abrasive, strong alkaline or acid cleaner as damage may result. DAGRlighting.com Page 2 FL570.1406.IM
