The opening is 5.5metres wide. On arrival this gate should be open. Side pedestrian gate, 86cm wide The driveway has parking for up to 6 cars. Entrance There is an 80mm step up to the front door and the front entrance door is 73cm wide with a 50mm threshold. Entrance hall is large (2m x 4.5m) and has access to all downstairs rooms. The stairs to the higher level also lead from here. The flooring is wooden and the walls are painted magnolia. There is a telephone table which has an integral seat. It houses the telephone and internet router. Door to toilet.
Living Areas The living area is accessed from the entrance hall. The doorway is 74cm wide and opens into the room which is 4m x 5m The seating area consists of a large leather corner sofa, one leather reclining chair and one large leather chair. There is a 50 inch television with free view and DVD player on a stand. Wooden coffee table is 1100cm x 500cm and is 45cm high. Floors are solid wood and the walls are magnolia. Pool room Entrance is 74cm wide, room is 4m x 5m Pool table measures 1900cm x 1100cm and is 82cm high. Internet enabled jukebox is on a corner stand; please see welcome pack for operating instructions. There are 2 chairs and a small iron effect drinks table with a glass top. Access to toilet 2 steps down into games room, both are 70mm high Games room Entrance is 74cm wide, room is 2.6m x 4.7m Television stand with 42 free view television and X box There is a football table which measures 1391cm x 78cm and is 87cm high. There is a 2 seater leather sofa. Kitchen/Dining room Entrance to kitchen is 74cm wide, room is 3.5m x 10.5m The kitchen units are all on floor level, the work top is wood and 90cm high. The dual oven is freestanding and electric, with a 5 ring gas hob. Microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine are all surface mounted. Washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Freestanding American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser. There is a solid wood dining table which is 1500cm x 2500cm, is 80cm high and seats 10. There is a music system in the dining area which has a cd player and ipod dock. There is a 3 seater reclining sofa at the far end of the dining room. The centre seat folds to become a small table/drinks holder.

An 8cm step down onto concrete with a further gate, 89cm wide. A further step (7cm) onto tarmac area. Both gates have securing bolts
