THE PROCEDURE Mixing Dough Ball Making The mixing of the Wheat Flour and Water is done in the Dough Kneader separately to make consistent dough. The Kneaded Dough is fed manually into the Hooper of the Dough Ball making machine. The Dough passes through the extruder and cutter system to make uniform Dough Balls Feeding Pressing Cooking Feed the dough balls one by one in the machine. The dough balls are pressed automatically, and the round chapatti go inside the oven The round chapattis go into the oven which has Two Tawa(steel strips) Conveyors and one Puffer conveyor. The chapatti travels of the conveyors which are heated by LPG burners.
