Instructions for use Sit in chair, if seat tilt is adjustable, adjust the seat so that it is approximately horizontal, to follow profile of the underside of thighs. Adjust the seat height so that your feet are resting flat on the floor. For good circulation your feet should take the weight of your legs. Adjust the forward-back movement of the backrest to give firm support while sitting upright. Adjust the height of the backrest to give support to the lumbar region of your back. Your forearms should slope gently down mid high of your keyboard when working at a desk. Chair may require adjusting during working day. For computer work, incline it slightly back, for writing work incline the seat slightly forward. Sitting upright, position the monitor screen viewing distance of 650mm, with midline screen height 100mm below eye level and angle screen at 5 degrees. If fitted with seat slide, adjust length/depth to give 50mm clearance for calves. Arm rest height should be 20mm below elbow levels.
