Fire Protection Deficiency Reporting Policies Please be aware that all job types (whether Inspection, Service Call or Repair) require full IVR compliance to qualify for payment. Deficiency reporting, notifications and proposals are some of the most important aspects of our fire protection program. With that, we ask that you give this area of service the utmost attention.
