Page 8 of 20 Commercial & Site Development Experience International Bank of Commerce, Texas & Oklahoma Since its founding in 1966, International Bank of Commerce (IBC), flagship bank of International Bancshares Corporation, has grown from less than $1 million in assets to over $11 billion making it Texas largest holding company. With more than 278 facilities, IBC now serves over 100 communities throughout Texas and Oklahoma. IBC continues to expand and grow to meet the needs of its clients. Serve as Chief Engineer providing support for major expansion campaign throughout Texas and Oklahoma. In addition, design infrastructure and produce construction plans for each IBC bank site development, including hydrological & hydraulic analysis, driveways, erosion/sedimentation control, sidewalk design, water system design, wastewater system design, site grading, drainage system design, water quality and detention ponds. Perform other technical services such as addressing comments by local governmental authorities, including City and State staff.

Page 9 of 20 IBC First Equity (3-story office building) Since its founding in 1966, International Bank of Commerce (IBC), flagship bank of International Bancshares Corporation, has grown from less than $1 million in assets to over $11 billion making it Texas largest holding company. With more than 278 facilities, IBC now serves over 100 communities throughout Texas and Oklahoma. IBC First Equity serves as the mortgage division of International Bank of Commerce. In order to house its continued growth, IBC First Equity embarked on redeveloping an existing commercial site at 8998 Research Boulevard (U.S. 183) in Austin into a 3- story office building to serve its new headquarters. The site contained an existing commercial building, parking lot, and detention pond. RGT Engineering, Inc. was selected to provide full civil engineering services for the project. Performed complete civil engineering design, permitting and bid phase services and currently performing construction phase services for the project. The site was especially challenging because it was a redevelopment of an existing commercial site and the client requested that the existing parking lot be kept in place as well as the existing detention pond without any modifications. This required that extra care be taken with the Grading Plan because the grades on either side of the new 3-story building were set and all existing drainage patterns needed to be strictly maintained. Through careful design, was able to place a new water quality pond immediately adjacent to the existing detention pond thus minimizing grading work while maximizing the available area for the new building. Work also included the design of all storm piping, inlets, and a drainage channel, in addition to ADA compliant sidewalks, bike parking, water service, wastewater service, erosion/ sedimentation control, tree protection, and TxDOT coordination for the commercial driveway.

Page 10 of 20 Fort Hood Housing Development Kouma 2a/2b US Army Base, Fort Hood, in Killeen, Texas occupies 335 square miles of Bell and Coryell Counties, 60 miles north of Austin and 50 miles south of Waco. It is the largest single site employer in Texas, directly inserting nearly $3B annually into the Texas economy. In 2005, the Texas State Comptroller estimated the annual direct and indirect economic impact of Fort Hood on the Central Texas region as $6.09 billion. This extremely important Army Base was in need of additional housing for its 44,000 assigned soldiers or airmen and 9,600 civilian employees. Provided civil engineering services by performing hydrological & hydraulic analysis and designing drainage infrastructure for two sections of the Kouma housing development, Kouma 2a & 2b. Drainage design included storm sewers and a detention pond.

Page 11 of 20 Lake Travis Marina Villas Lake Travis Marina Villas was a high-end duplex site development along FM 2769 (Anderson Mill Road) and scenic Lake Travis, in Austin, Texas. Individual villas were estimated to range from $500,000 to $1.0 million. The project was to consist of fourteen (14) villas, marina, swimming pool, wet pond with water fall structures, water treatment plant, and wastewater treatment plant. Designed all civil improvements for the project, including: Hydrological & hydraulic analysis, driveways, erosion/sedimentation control, sidewalk design, water system design, site grading, drainage system design, and wet pond for water quality. Work included ADA compliant sidewalks, as well as grading and drainage improvements. Worked with the City of Austin to obtain necessary site permits and building permits. Provided construction phase services.

Page 14 of 20 Horizon Park HOA Clubhouse Horizon Park is a single-family subdivision located in Leander, Texas, a northwest suburb of Austin. Well located, it is near several parks, the Cedar Park Center, and shopping destinations. It also has easy access to Toll 183A. Provided planning services for new clubhouse to serve the growing neighborhood. Work included planning new clubhouse location, ADA compliant sidewalks, as well as water, wastewater, paving, grading and drainage improvements.

Page 15 of 20 Gemini School of Visual Arts & Communication For over 20 years, the Gemini School of Visual Arts and Communication in Cedar Park, Texas, a northwest Austin suburb, has prepared students for successful careers as commercial artists in advertising agencies, videogame development studios, publishing houses, film/special effects studios, corporations and as fine artists around the world. Due to an increase in its student enrollment, the Gemini School of Visual Arts and Communication retained to expand its parking, sidewalks, and bike facilities in order to meet the increased demand. In order to meet the development permit requirements, the site also required a detention pond be built so there was no net increase in runoff from the site improvements. The site was especially challenging due to lack of available land. Mr. Gonzalez performed complete design, permitting, and bid phase services for the project. Through careful planning and maximizing every available open area, Mr. Gonzalez was able to provide the school with 20 new parking spaces. Mr Gonzalez provided all design plans needed for the addition of the 20 parking spaces, as well as the addition of ADA compliant sidewalks, bike racks, and the detention pond. Mr. Gonzalez then worked closely with the City of Cedar Park staff to address staff comments and obtain the necessary site development permit. Mr. Gonzalez then aided with the bid phase and later performed construction phase services.

Page 16 of 20 La Hermosa Church La Hermosa Church was founded in 1953 in Hutto, Texas by Pastor Paul Amalla. After his retirement in 1991 he was proceeded by Pastor Lupe Herrera. La Hermosa is now lead by Pastor Jerry Reynaga. Pastor Jerry and his wife Linda both grew up in Hutto and have been a part of this church as it has gone through many phases. The original church building was on the corner of Park and Live Oak in Hutto. After a small flood in November of 2001, the building was destroyed by the rising waters. Currently our church meets in the old Hutto Middle School. The congregation is working on raising the funds to build a new building on the recently purchased land on Front Street. Designed all civil improvements for the project, including: Hydrological & hydraulic analysis, driveways, parking lot, erosion/sedimentation control, sidewalk design, water system design, site grading, drainage system design, and detention pond. Worked with City staff to address comments needed to obtain site permit.

Page 17 of 20 Jollyville Elementary School The sidewalks leading up to the main playgrounds of Jollyville Elementary School in northwest Austin did not comply with ADA standards. In addition, there was excessive stormwater erosion on a sloped area immediately downstream of the playgrounds. The erosion was not only troublesome because it was in the area of the school with the most activity due to the playgrounds (blacktop), but also because the excessive erosion was depositing a substantial amount of soil and debris into the fire access drive located downstream that goes around the school. The school also asked for an activityrelated amenity be added to the area if possible. Therefore, the project also included the addition of 3 amphitheaters and crushed granite trails leading up to the amphitheaters. The amphitheaters were strategically placed on the sloped areas downstream of the playgrounds thus also helping to alleviate the erosion issues. In addition, the striping of the fire access drive was becoming worn, therefore, the school district requested that the fire access drive adjacent to project area be restriped. KGA Architecture contracted with to perform full civil engineering services for the project. Performed complete design, permitting, bid, and construction phase services. Provided all design plans needed for the addition of the new ADA compliant sidewalks, amphitheaters, crushed granite trails, and drainage improvements. First performed preliminary engineering by researching all available record drawings and topography. Preliminary engineering concluded that an area upstream of the playgrounds was contributing a significant amount of stormwater runoff and that the drainage ran from this area, onto the blacktop, down the slope causing the erosion issues, and finally into the fire access drive where all of the soil and debris was being deposited. Therefore, design included mortared limestone walls backed by concrete drainage channels to divert as much stormwater as possible. One wall/channel was placed upstream of the playgrounds to divert the upstream drainage and one downstream of the sloped area just off the fire access drive to prevent any soil/debris from entering the fire access drive. The walls served a dual purpose by also providing a place for the children to sit on. Designed a trench drain and storm sewer pipe immediately adjacent to the blacktop to capture and divert drainage from the erosion plagued area. More specifically, design included: site plan, grading plan, amphitheater cross-sections, storm sewer piping plans and profiles, erosion/ sedimentation control plan, tree protection plan, fire lane restriping plan, and all construction details. Before After After

Page 18 of 20 Aziz Oriental Rug Imports Aziz Oriental Rug Imports was founded in 1990 in San Antonio, Texas and has been a trusted name in the rug industry for the past 15 years. Aziz offers the finest quality hand woven rugs at the most reasonable prices possible. Aziz growing business required a new facility, one that would be tailored to them and their specific needs. Provided design, permitting, and construction phase services for the project. Designed all civil improvements including: driveways, parking lot, hydrological and hydraulic analysis, erosion/sedimentation control, sidewalks, water system design, site grading, drainage system design, and detention pond. Worked with City staff to address comments needed to obtain site permit.

Page 19 of 20 South General McMullen Commercial The goal of the project was to replat a combination of 5 properties located on South General McMullen in between Wallace Road and Castroville Road in San Antonio, Texas. The replat of the properties was necessary to construct a commercial building to serve the needs of this redeveloping community. Provided full replat and permitting services for the project. Performed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, as well as Adverse Impact Analysis required by the City of San Antonio. All findings were compiled and presented in a Drainage Engineering Report, including all model results. RGT was able to successfully conclude that the proposed commercial project would not have no adverse impact on the existing drainage system, and therefore, was able to provide substantial cost savings for the client in that no detention pond would be needed. This not only saved the client money for not having to construct the detention pond but also allowed for more of the property to be used for the commercial building, thus maximizing the client s return on the project.
